الله في العراق، الجمعة، مسؤوليتها عن الهجوم الذي استهدف القوات الأميركية شرق بغداد، مطالبة بإيقاف التدخل في الشأن الداخلي ومغادرة تلك القوات البلاد وإطلاق المعتقلين </p> <p><b>السيستاني خلال لقائه المرجع الديني السيد علي السيستاني مع السفير البابوي ببغداد جيورجيو ليتغوا آخر التطورات على الساحة العراقية . <br/>وذكرت مصادر مطلعة في الاشرف "ان المرجع السيستاني استقبل السفير البابوي في مكتبه بمدينة النجف ، وتناول اللقاء آخر التطورات على الساحة العراقية". <br/>وأضافت المصادر انه " تم استعراض أهم مواقف السيد السيستاني خصوصا ما يتعلق بالمسيحيين ، وان السيستاني اكد ان المسيحيين هم عراقيون يتمتعون بجميع الحقوق والواجبات التي يتمتع بها كافة أبناء الشعب العراقي بدون تمييز". <br/>من جهته أشاد السفير البابوي بدور المرجع السيستاني الروحي والمعنوي في حفظ السلام بالعراق والمنطقة .</p> </p></div> <p><strong>المشهد في ساحة التحرير </strong></p> <p>المشهد في ساحة التحرير تغير بشكل دراماتيكي في اول جمعة بعد نهاية المائة يوم.. <br/>فبعد ان بدات التظاهرات بشعارات كهذه.. تحمل الكثير من العداء للحكومة ورموزها. تدفقت على الساحة شعارات مغايرة تماما… تدين بالولاء لرئيس الحكومة وتطالب باعدام منفذي مجزرة عرس الدجيل. <br/>ولم يطل التنافر في الشعارات طويلا في ساحة التحرير.. فسرعان ما تحولت الهتافات المتعاكسة الى لكمات وضربات … وتحولت عيدان اليافطات المنادية بالتظاهر السلمي الى اسلحة خفيفة بيد حامليها.. وثقيلة على من يضرب بها. <br/>ولم يصمد شباب شباط طويلا وسرعان ما رجحت كفة مؤيدي الحكومةرعليهم .. فتفرقوا بعد مواجهة غير متكافئة. ليحاولوا التجمع من جديد في ساحة الفردوس البعيدة نسبيا عن ساحة التحرير ولتبقى الساحة تحت سيطرة المطالبين باعدام منفذي جريمة الدجيل. <br/>مشهد ابو تحسين ونعاله المشهور الذي سجل في يوم سقوط النظام السابق اعاد انتاج نفسه في تظاهرة اليوم ولمرات عدة.. فهؤلاء ركزوا على صورة تجمع احد المتهمين بمجزرة الدجيل بشخصية قيادية سياسية. <br/>ولم تكتف تظاهرات الجمعة بكل هذه الاختلافات عن الجمع التي سبقتها.. بل ان ساحة التحرير شهدت ولأول مرة ظهورا حكوميا مكثفا تمثل بوزيرين. احدهما علي الدباغ الناطق باسم الحكومة والاخر وزير حقوق الانسان معلنين تضامنهما الكامل مع المحتجين. الذين وصلوا الى الساحة وغادروها بباصات حكومية. تقول قيادة عمليات بغداد انها مؤجرة لهم. <br/>وهكذا احتلت الحكومة ساحة التحرير كما قال قادة المتظاهرين.. نهاية لم يتوقعها الكثيرون لتظاهرات الجمعة الاولى بعد المئة يوم. فلا يعرف ماذا سيفعل متظاهرو الخدمات تجاه تحويل الانظار عنهم الى قضية الإرهاب التي شغلت الراي العام العراقي كثيرا. </p> <p><strong>قوات المالكي تفرق تظاهرة في الموصل بإطلاق الرصاص الحي عليهم </strong></p> <p>فرقت القوات الأمنية في محافظة نينوى، الجمعة، تجمعا لعشرات المواطنين وسط الموصل حاولوا التظاهر بإطلاق النار في الهواء. وقال شهود عيان إن قوات الشرطة المحلية ومكافحة الشغب فرقت، صباح اليوم، تجمعا لعشرات المواطنين أرادوا التظاهر في منطقة باب الطوب وسط الموصل، بإطلاق النار في الهواء. وأضافوا أن هؤلاء المواطنين يطالبون بتقديم الخدمات في المحافظة بعد انتهاء مهلة الـ <p>اعلنت وزارات الدفاع والداخلية والصحة عن مقتل مئة وسبعة وسبعين شخصا بينهم مئة واثنان من المدنيين واصابة مئتين وستة وستين اخرين بينهم مئة وخمسة من المدنيين، جراء اعمال عنف وقعت في مناطق متفرقة من البلاد خلال شهر ايار المنصرم . المصادر العراقية اشارت ايضا الى مقتل ثلاثين عسكريا وخمسة واربعين شرطيا. وتعتبر هذه الحصيلة الشهرية الادنى خلال العام الحالي وتمثل في الوقت نفسه انخفاضا بنحو ستة عشر بالمئة مقارنة بحصيلة ضحايا شهر نيسان الذي قتل خلاله مئتان واحد عشر عراقيا. الحصيلة اشارت ايضا الى مقتل اثنين وثلاثين ارهابيا واعتقال مئة وخمسة وخمسين خلال شهر ايار. </p> </p></div> <p><strong>ازدياد عمليات الاغتيال المستهدفة مختاري الاحياء السكنية في بعقوبة </strong></p> <p>كشف مسؤول حكومي في بعقوبة مركز محافظة محافظة ديالى اليوم عن ازدياد حالات اغتيال المختارين داخل مركز المدينة خلال الفترة الأخيرة .</p> <p>وأوضح مصدرمسؤول إن خمسة مختارين قتلوا خلال الفترة الأخيرة داخل في بعقوبة على يد مسلحين مجهولين بواسطة الأسلحة الكاتمة للصوت والعبوات اللاصقة.وأضاف المصدر إن 12 مختارا اضطروا إلى ترك مهام عملهم بعد تلقيهم تهديدات بالتصفية الجسدية.</p> <p><strong>المالكي يشكل لجنة خاصة لإجراء مشاورات سرية للتمديد للأمريكان </strong></p> <p>كشفت مصادر مطلعة من داخل المكتب الخاص لرئيس وزراء حكومه المنطقة الخضراء نوري المالكي، عن تشكيل المالكي لجنة سرية بإشرافه المباشر بغية إكمال المشاورات السرية مع الجانب الامريكي بما يتعلق بالإتفاقية الأمنية الثانية والتمديد للقوات الأمريكية بعد نهاية العام الحالي. وقالت المصادر التي فضلت عدم الإشارة اليها بالأسم، ان لجنة سرية شكلت بإشراف المالكي شخصيا وبمشاركة مستشاره القانوني فاضل محمد جواد وفريق من وزارة الخارجية بعلم من وزير الخارجية هوشيار زيباري لإكمال بنود الإتفاقية الأمنية الثانية . واشارت المصادر ان واشنطن تريد توقيع بروتوكل مع الحكومة بصورة مباشرة تتضمن بنودها اعطاء حق للامريكيين بفتح عدد كبير من القنصليات في محافظات العراق وتوزيع ماتبقى من الجيش الامريكي على هذه القنصليات بحجة حمايتها. الى ذلك أكدت غالبية الكتل النيابية ضرورة أن تكون جلسة البرلمان المتعلقة بمناقشة الوجود الاميركي علنية وان تبحث القضية بعيدا عن الاستعراضات والتوترات. وكان التيار الصدري قد اعلن انه بصددِ رفع دعوى قضائية ضد الحكام والمسؤولين العرب الذين ساهموا في احتلال العراق. وجاءت الدعوى بعد ان كشف مركزُ الدراسات المستقبلية التابع لمجلس الوزراء المصرى عن معلومات تفيد بتورط مسؤولين مصرين من النظام السابق فى غزو العراق، مشيرا الى لقاءٍ ضَم جمال مبارك وجورج بوش في واشنطن قبل ثلاثة اشهر من الغزو وقال التقرير اِنه تضمن تزويدَ الامريكان بمعلومات تحث الجانب الامريكي على غزو العراق بينما أكد مصدر في التحالف الوطني ان التقاربَ بين رئيس الوزراء وزعيم القائمة العراقية يهدف الى تكوين جماعةِ ضغط نيابي لتمديد بقاء الجيش الامريكي. وأضاف المصدر اِن الغرضَ من وراء احياء المفاوضات بين العراقية ودولة القانون هو تكوينُ لوبيِ داخل البرلمان يضمُ الكتلتين فضلا عن التحالف الكردستاني لدعم المالكي في حال قررَ التمديد لبقاء القوات الامريكية. واشار المصدر الى ان التصريحات الحادة التي ادلى بها علاوي مؤخرا ضد ائتلاف المالكي تهدفُ الى الضغط على رئيس الوزراء من اجل تنفيذ مطالب العراقية كشرط للانضمام الى هذا المشروع . واوضح المصدر اَن العراقيةَ لديها سيناريو من المطالب يتضمن استبدال بعض المؤسسات باخرى جديدة يتولى قيادتها بعض الشخصيات التي تدعمها كذلك الغاءُ هيئة المساءلة والعدالة واعادة الجيش السابق الذي يضم ضباطا موالين لرموز القائمة. </p> <p><strong>مصادر: أزدهار العراق، وان استمرار الاستهداف المباشر لهم زاد من هجرتهم لخارج العراق. <br/>ووصف وليم وردا رئيس المنظمة الأرقام التي تم إحصاءها خلال العام الماضي بالمخيفة كونها كانت أسوء مما سُجل في الاعوام الأسبق، نظراً لاستهداف المسحيين بكافة مسمياتهم، وفي كافة أرجاء البلاد خاصة بغداد والموصل. <br/>واضاف انه وخلال عام واحد تعرض 92 مسيحي للاغتيال وأصيب 280 آخرين، بالإضافة لتفجير كنيستين في بغداد واختطاف فتاتين في بغداد والموصل، فضلاً عن تلقي عشرات رسائل التهديد بالتصفية. <br/>واكد وردا ان هذه الاحداث أجبرت اكثر من 1800 عائلة مسيحية على النزوح لمناطق مختلفة من سهل نينوى وتوقف اكثر من 1700 طالب عن الدراسة href="https://web.archive.org/web/20130126132505/http://www.hhro.org/hhro/index.php?lang=en" target="_blank" class="external">Hammurabi Organisation for Human Rights</a> revealed today that the year 2010 was the worst for the people of the Christian community in Irak, and that in response to the continuation of the direct targeting of them they increased their migration out of Irak. </p> <p>Last year was worse than previous years due to the increased targeting of Christians of all denominations in all parts of the country but especially in Baghdad and Mosul.</p> <p>During the year 92 Christians were murdered and another 280 wounded. Additionally there was the bombing of two churches in Baghdad and the kidnapping of two girl chlidren one in Baghdad and one in Mosul. Furthermore many Christian families received letters threatening their liquidation. </p> <p>In response to this persecution more than 1800 Christian families have been forced to flee their homes to different parts of the Nineveh Plain. عالمية</strong></font></p> <p><b>الصدر يأمر أنصاره بعدم ارتداء الزي العسكري أو حمل السلاح خلال الاستعراض</b></p> <p>أمر زعيم التيار الصدري مقتدى الصدر،اليوم الأحد، أنصاره بعدم ارتداء الزي العسكري وحمل السلاح خلال الاستعراض الذي سيقيموه خلال الشهر الحالي، مؤكدا " أن هذا الاستعراض مدني سلمي ولا دخل للسلاح والزي العسكري فيه إطلاقا". <br/>وقال الصدر في بيان صدر عن مكتبه في النجف الاشرف" أنا قلت أن الاستعراض مدني سلمي ولا دخل للسلاح والزي العسكري فيه إطلاقا"، مبينا " أن من يحمل السلاح أو يلبس الزي العسكري خلال إقامة التدريب أو الاستعراض فهو ليس مني بل هو خائن لي ولحوزته وساعتبره مدسوسا يريد التخريب وزعزعة الثقة بنا"، بحسب ما جاء البيان. <br/>ودعا الصدر" انصاره إلى الالتزام بالسلمية والمدنية وعدم مضايقة الناس والاهالي، فهي الصفات التي يجب أن يتحلى بها هذا الاستعراض". <br/>وكان زعيم التيار الصدري مقتدى الصدر، دعا في الـ27 من نيسان الماضي، أنصاره إلى استعراض إسلامي في 23 من أيار الحالي، الذي سيتم تنظيمه في العاصمة بغداد.</p> <p><b>اعتقال رئيس لجنة حقوق الإنسان بمجلس الأنبار جنوب شرق الفلوجة</b></p> <p>اعتقلت قوة أمنية من،اليوم الأحد، رئيس لجنة حقوق الإنسان في مجلس محافظة الانبار جنوب شرق الفلوجة. <br/>وقال رئيس مجلس محافظة الانبار جاسم الحلبوسي في تصريح صحفي اليوم" إن قوة من الجيش العراقي داهمت، فجر اليوم، منزل رئيس لجنة حقوق الإنسان في مجلس المحافظة فيصل العيساوي في منطقة العامرية، جنوب شرق الفلوجة، واعتقلت العيساوي من دون معرفة الأسباب". <br/>وأضاف الحلبوسي" أن القوة طعمة التميمي وزوجته واثنان من أولاده كما أصيب اثنان من أبنائه إثر قيام مسلحين مجهولين بتفجير منزله الواقع في في منطقة السلاميات بمنطقة التاجي شمال بغداد، وذكر مصدر في الشرطة أن التفجير تم بعدد من العبوات الناسفة التي وضعت في محيط المنزل وقد أدى إلى انهياره بالكامل. <br/>وفي التاجي أيضا قتل مسلح من مجموعة مسلحين هاجموا منازل تعود لعناصر في قوات الصحوة في قرية القادرية وقتلوا اثني من عناصر الصحوة وجرحوا امرأة، واوضح المصدر أن المسلح كان يرتدي زيا مزيفا لضابط في الجيش العراقي برتبة مقدم وقد قتل بعدما رد اهالي القرية بإطلاق النار على المسلحين. <br/>في الديوانية عثرت دورية أمنية في ساعة متقدمة من مساء الجمعة على جثة تعود لرجل مجهول الهوية في منتصف الثلاثينيات من العمر في منطقة مهجورة شمال المدينة وقد بدت على الجثة آثار حروق شديدة. <br/>كما تعرضت دورية أميركية إلى انفجار عبوة ناسفة
