Waller Memorial Trust has put together an<a title=" e-learning package" href="http://learning.cwmt.org.uk/"> e-learning package</a> for non-specialist staff, designed to support you to help students wellbeing and work-life balance.  </p> <p>The Graduate School has developed an online course, "<a href="https://bb.imperial.ac.uk/bbcswebdav/xid-17606649_1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Supporting the Mental Health and Wellbeing of Imperial College doctoral students.</a>"  This course is available anytime, via blackboard.  </p> <p>This section of the website provides links to services that can provide <a href="/students/academic-support/graduate-school/cornerstone/supervisors-guidebook/wellbeing/wellbeing-students/">further help and assistance to research students</a>.  </p> <p>Additionally, you can also find important information about the <a href="/students/academic-support/graduate-school/cornerstone/supervisors-guidebook/wellbeing/wellbeing-supervisors/">provision available to support your own wellbeing and work-life balance</a>.  </p> <p>As a reminder, if you have any concerns about the welfare of your student, you should consult with your Senior Tutor (PGR) in the first instance.  The Faculty Senior Tutors are able to provide advice.  </p> <h3>Zero tolerance to bullying harassment </h3> <p>Imperial is committed to promoting a university environment where everyone is treated with respect and courtesy.  We all have our part to play in showing respect for others.  This involves discouraging <a href="https://www.imperial.ac.uk/human-resources/procedures/harassment-bullying--victimisation/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">harassment, bullying and victimisation</a> by making it clear that such behaviour is unacceptable, supporting those who suffer from it and who are considering making a formal complaint. </p> <div> <div class="video-player two-thirds"
