In my case study I compare the traditional with the blended learning class. The description of the case, are two groups the pre-intermediate, intermediate reading/writing class who are introduced with learning English in 50 minutes of traditional environment and 50 minutes in a computer mediated classroom for the period of one semester. I found useful to use Facebook as a tool that helped me introduce self-study resources designed for study in class. Furthermore, I analyzed the student behavior and at the end of each class. As well as which environment they preferred more traditional or on-line. Students’ progress was measured in each class and I gave points for each activity. The paper consists of six parts. The first section defines a model of the education in the Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa. The second part focuses on the essential research categories used in the experiment, different solutions in teaching English for academic purposes and receptive and productive aspect of language acquisition. The last but not least part presents the hypotheses and the applied methodology as well as detailed description of the investigation. The author reveals here the results of the research with respect to the form of online education. The use of technology in education field has paved the way for higher education institution to innovatively shape their modern media in a language teaching and learning. Subsequently, the implementation of blended-learning has aroused at the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia for approximately one and a half year ago to maximize the use of technology. Most lecturers in all study programs have increasingly utilized the social network sites such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. for the successfulness of blended-learning. This present study aims at exploring the students&#39; responses on how blended-learning might be used to develop their language learning and discovering their attitudes towards the implementation of blended-learning as an interactional teaching and learning tool in English for Business course. Employing a qualitative in form of a case study, eighty-two undergraduate students from study program of Informatics Engineering were observed, interviewed, and distributed questionnaires. The data were performed to collect the students&#39; responses and students&#39; attitudes toward the implementation of blended-learning in the process of their language learning. The findings were found out that most students from Informatics Engineering major showed their positive responses and positive attitudes using blended learning for the language teaching and learning. They also gained some educational benefits for their English language development. Learning English should develop and integrate with technology advancements in the current era of digitalization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions of students when they try to master English using blended learning. The subjects in the study were 100 students of semester 1 in academic year 2018/2019, majoring in management and accountancy at the Faculty of Economy, University of Pembangunan Panca Budi. The research was qualitative using questionnaires as the instruments and the data analysis techniques involved descriptive. The results showed that blended learning would be more effective if there were available more face-to-face methods, compared to the online systems supported by a relatively small proportion of students so that the learning environment would be more comfortable; moreover, they more freely ask for questions and discuss the materials by themselves.
