interviewer's expert on how to get hired because we psyched out every possible point and fear and personality of anyone we might come in contact with during the process. For us it's here's our resume, spend more time than 8-10 seconds on it because each of us will spend far more time than that researching your companies ... that is have a little respect, and learn, if you have not already, to comprehend what we sent you and to be able to make a decent decision people can rely on. Don't do things like read every single resume you get before you start categorizing them into piles. Recruiters and corps either know what they want or they don't. Most don't. They just follow the checklist in front of them and run behavioral interviews because they don't have a clue how to hire for so many different positions they have open in the companies where they work. Do us job seekers a favor ... no one who doesn't fully understand the position that is open should be reviewing the resumes or running the interviews or having any part in the hiring process.
