other platforms, we use the blue tick to indicate a verified profile. We don't warrant the accuracy, but we have made efforts to check certain aspects of the account and its user or administrator to give you more confidence in the profile.</p> <h1 class="toc-header" id="blue-tick-for-organisations"><a href="#blue-tick-for-organisations" class="toc-anchor">露</a> Blue tick for organisations</h1> <p>This indicates that we have made some checks about the organisation:</p> <ul> <li>The organisation name is consistent with official online records such as, for example, Companies House or the Register of Charities.</li> <li>The organisation type is consistent with official records.</li> <li>The organisation number is consistent with official records.</li> <li>The email address of the organisation's account administrator is consistent with the domain name of the organisation.</li> <li>The website at that domain is active and shows consistent information with the details above.</li> </ul> <br> <h3 class="toc-header" id="applying-for-a-blue-tick-for-your-organisation"><a href="#applying-for-a-blue-tick-for-your-organisation" class="toc-anchor">露</a> Applying for a blue tick for your organisation</h3> <p>You can request a blue tick by completing certain aspects of your organisation in the organisation settings and then contacting us:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure your organisation name, organisation type and organisation number are correct. If you need to amend the type or number, you can contact us.</li> <li>Ensure your website domain is entered in the organisation settings</li> <li>Ensure your email address is consistent with the website domain, so if for example your organisation's website is <a class="is-external-link" href="http://www.blockmarktech.com">www.blockmarktech.com</a>, your email address should be <a href="mailto:...@blockmarktech.com">...@blockmarktech.com</a>.</li> <li>Upload your organisation logo, and for it to be consistent with that shown on your website.</li> </ul> <p>Your application will be expedited if you also self-upload your certificate of incorporation (or equivalent) into your organisation account, as this facilitates our checks.</p> <p>Granting a blue tick is entirely at our discretion, based on being able to satisfactorily complete our checks and being comfortable that the organisation is being correctly represented.
