<A name="9"></a><p class="indent1"><span class="reftext"><a href="/psalms/77-8.htm"><b>8</b></a></span>Is His loving devotion gone forever? <p class="indent2"> Has His promise failed for all time? <A name="10"></a><p class="indent1"><span class="reftext"><a href="/psalms/77-9.htm"><b>9</b></a></span>Has God forgotten to be gracious?
