Advertisers are requested to note that any such advertisement if booked under “Residential” columns may be amended or altogether removed without prior notice. Classified advertisements mentioning properties available for both “Rentals” & “Sale” in one advertisement are not permissible for publication. Kindly note that such advertisements may be excluded without prior notice. </li> <li style=" list-style-position:inside;text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-word;" class="rates">Classified advertisements beginning with characters (such as AAA, 001, #1, “”, 0 etc..) as and when deemed irrelevant to the purpose and intended objective of the advertisement may be subject to necessary amendments without prior notice. </li> <li style=" list-style-position:inside;text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-word;" class="rates">Classified advertisements beginning with contact numbers (PTCL/Mobile) shall not be accepted as per management policy. text-justify: inter-word;" class="rates">The Management reserves the right to charge an additional 25% “premium” at its own discretion (over and above standard advertisement charges) against reserves the right to reject/amend an advertisement(s) without intimation upon any apparent violation of aforementioned terms and conditions as well as for reasons relevant to documentary procedures
