Previously, each employee had their own personal number, which customers called and from which employees made calls. This created specific problems and added complexity to the work. When it became necessary to resolve these issues and have a single number for everyone, the choice fell on Zadarma. This decision was primarily due to the low price and the large number of virtual numbers available. Additionally, it was very easy to set up everything, and they have a convenient personal account where you can adjust all the settings and view all the data. There are also plans to start using their free CRM, but that has not been implemented yet.
