<p>اعلنت وزارات الدفاع والداخلية والصحة عن مقتل مئة وسبعة وسبعين شخصا بينهم مئة واثنان من المدنيين واصابة مئتين وستة وستين اخرين بينهم مئة وخمسة من المدنيين، جراء اعمال عنف وقعت في مناطق متفرقة من البلاد خلال شهر ايار المنصرم . المصادر العراقية اشارت ايضا الى مقتل ثلاثين عسكريا وخمسة واربعين شرطيا. وتعتبر هذه الحصيلة الشهرية الادنى خلال العام الحالي وتمثل في الوقت نفسه انخفاضا بنحو ستة عشر بالمئة مقارنة بحصيلة ضحايا شهر نيسان الذي قتل خلاله مئتان واحد عشر عراقيا. الحصيلة اشارت ايضا الى مقتل اثنين وثلاثين ارهابيا واعتقال مئة وخمسة وخمسين خلال شهر ايار. </p> </p></div> <p><strong>ازدياد عمليات الاغتيال المستهدفة مختاري الاحياء السكنية في بعقوبة </strong></p> <p>كشف مسؤول حكومي في بعقوبة مركز محافظة محافظة ديالى اليوم عن ازدياد حالات اغتيال المختارين داخل مركز المدينة خلال الفترة الأخيرة .</p> <p>وأوضح مصدرمسؤول إن خمسة مختارين قتلوا خلال الفترة الأخيرة داخل في بعقوبة على يد مسلحين مجهولين بواسطة الأسلحة الكاتمة للصوت والعبوات اللاصقة.وأضاف المصدر إن 12 مختارا اضطروا إلى ترك مهام عملهم بعد تلقيهم تهديدات بالتصفية الجسدية.</p> <p><strong>المالكي يشكل لجنة خاصة لإجراء مشاورات سرية للتمديد للأمريكان </strong></p> <p>كشفت مصادر مطلعة من داخل المكتب الخاص لرئيس وزراء حكومه المنطقة الخضراء نوري المالكي، عن تشكيل المالكي لجنة سرية بإشرافه المباشر بغية إكمال المشاورات السرية مع الجانب الامريكي بما يتعلق بالإتفاقية الأمنية الثانية والتمديد للقوات الأمريكية بعد نهاية العام الحالي. وقالت المصادر التي فضلت عدم الإشارة اليها بالأسم، ان لجنة سرية شكلت بإشراف المالكي شخصيا وبمشاركة مستشاره القانوني فاضل محمد جواد وفريق من وزارة الخارجية بعلم من وزير الخارجية هوشيار زيباري لإكمال بنود الإتفاقية الأمنية الثانية . واشارت المصادر ان واشنطن تريد توقيع بروتوكل مع الحكومة بصورة مباشرة تتضمن بنودها اعطاء حق للامريكيين بفتح عدد كبير من القنصليات في محافظات العراق وتوزيع ماتبقى من الجيش الامريكي على هذه القنصليات بحجة حمايتها. الى ذلك أكدت غالبية الكتل النيابية ضرورة أن تكون جلسة البرلمان المتعلقة بمناقشة الوجود الاميركي علنية وان تبحث القضية بعيدا عن الاستعراضات والتوترات. وكان التيار الصدري قد اعلن انه بصددِ رفع دعوى قضائية ضد الحكام والمسؤولين العرب الذين ساهموا في احتلال العراق. وجاءت الدعوى بعد ان كشف مركزُ الدراسات المستقبلية التابع لمجلس الوزراء المصرى عن معلومات تفيد بتورط مسؤولين مصرين من النظام السابق فى غزو العراق، مشيرا الى لقاءٍ ضَم جمال مبارك وجورج بوش في واشنطن قبل ثلاثة اشهر من الغزو وقال التقرير اِنه تضمن تزويدَ الامريكان بمعلومات تحث الجانب الامريكي على غزو العراق بينما أكد مصدر في التحالف الوطني ان التقاربَ بين رئيس الوزراء وزعيم القائمة العراقية يهدف الى تكوين جماعةِ ضغط نيابي لتمديد بقاء الجيش الامريكي. وأضاف المصدر اِن الغرضَ من وراء احياء المفاوضات بين العراقية ودولة القانون هو تكوينُ لوبيِ داخل البرلمان يضمُ الكتلتين فضلا عن التحالف الكردستاني لدعم المالكي في حال قررَ التمديد لبقاء القوات الامريكية. واشار المصدر الى ان التصريحات الحادة التي ادلى بها علاوي مؤخرا ضد ائتلاف المالكي تهدفُ الى الضغط على رئيس الوزراء من اجل تنفيذ مطالب العراقية كشرط للانضمام الى هذا المشروع . واوضح المصدر اَن العراقيةَ لديها سيناريو من المطالب <div dir="rtl" align="right"> <p>اتهم  ضابط كبير بالجيش العراقي  الحالي عددا من مراسلي شبكات التلفزيون العالمية والعراقية بتلقي أموال وهبات ومساعدات مختلفة من قبل الجيش الأمريكي خلال وبعد معركة الفلوجة الأولى والثانية، مقابل عدم نشرهم صورا ولقطات تظهر خسائر للجيش الأمريكي على يد مسلحين عراقيين، ومقاطع فيديو تبين جنودا من المارينز جرحى وقتلى، وبعضهم يبكون من شدة وطأة المعارك آنذاك. <br/>وقال المصدر الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه والعامل في الفرقة السابعة بالجيش العراقي الحالي إنه ومع الأسف شاب الإعلام والصحافة في العراق الكثير من التزوير والتلفيق وعدم الحيادية، وكان الإعلامي مجبرا إما على أخذ رشاوى أو مناطحة التيار ليكون مصيره القتل، وبعضهم قدم نفسه جاهزا للاحتلال مقابل حفنه أموال خضراء". <br/>وأضاف :في أغلب الأحيان خنع الكثير من الصحفيين للرشوة من أجل تغيير حقائق كانت ستكتب في سجل العراق تحت الاحتلال. <br/>وأوضح الضابط، الذي توعد بنشر أسماء بعض هؤلاء الصحفيين بعد خروج القوات الأمريكية من العراق أن صحفيين عراقيين وأجانب كانوا يبيعون شريط التسجيل للقوات الأمريكية الذي يظهر عملية إسقاط مروحية أو تدمير مدرعة أو قنص جندي أو حتى اشتباك مسلح، ولم يكونوا ينشرونه، خاصة في معركة الفلوجة عندما دخلت المقاومة والمارينز في حرب طاحنة استمرت شهرين، وكان الثمن يقدره جيش الاحتلال حسب أهميته ومضمونه. <br/>وقال إن معارك دارت بين عناصر مسلحة عراقية وقوات الاحتلال الأمريكية في عدة مناطق كالفلوجة وسامراء والرمادي والموصل وبعقوبة ومدن كثيرة أخرى كانت لتكون وصمة عار بجبين البنتاجون لو نشرت، لكن الجيش الأمريكي اشترى بعضها والباقي صادره بالقوة أو قتل صاحبه <br/>وتابع بقوله :هناك صحفيون تم اغتيالهم ودفنت معهم صور وتسجيلات لمعارك نادرة، وعلى الهيئات والمنظمات الدولية المعنية بشئون الصحافة تقديم car bomb struck a police checkpoint in a town in the volatile province of Diyala on Monday, killing a policeman and wounding nine people, a provincial police source said. </p> <p>A suicide bomber tried to drive his explosion-laden car into a police checkpoint in the town of Jalawla, some 130 km northeast of Baghdad, the source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity. </p> <p>The policemen manning the checkpoint opened heavy fire on the car and blew it up just before reaching the bomber’s target, the source said. </p> <p>The attack resulted in the killing of a policeman and the wounding of seven others along with two civilians who were close to the scene, he said. </p> <p>The attack in the province came as Iraqi security forces backed by U.S. troops are conducting a major offensive dubbed "Glad Tidings" against militant groups and criminal gangs. </p> <p>Diyala province, stretching from the eastern edges of Baghdad to the Iranian border east of the country, has long been a tears, Jasim came forward and embraced his six-year-old son Omer who was shivering and crying excessively with fear "they will take me and kill me," as he had already seen some heavily armed soldiers walking towards them in the volatile province of Diyala. </p> <p>"My poor son is screaming, completely lost in hysteria as soon as he sees Americans or Iraqi troops," said Jasim who declined to give his full name for security reasons. </p> <p>Jasim explained the cause of his son’s psychological malady that appeared nearly two years ago when Omer saw an insurgent was killed and two others detained by a joint dismounted patrol of U.S. and Iraqi troops during clashes near their house in the provincial capital city of Baquba, some 65 km northeast of Baghdad. </p> <p>"The bloody fighting had affected severely the psychology of my son who became so scared as soon as he sees armed soldiers," Jasim said with tears in his eyes. </p> <p>Asked about the roles of psychiatrists in his city in treating his son, Jasim replied hopelessly that he has frequently taken his son to them but his attempts went in vain. </p> <p>In the past six years, Iraqi children are suffering severely from relentless bloodshed, especially from the fear of being killed or kidnapped. </p> <p>Um Kholood said that her 7-year-old daughter Kholood had suffered great pain and discomfort since a year and a half ago as a witness of his father being killed by militants. </p> <p>"My daughter saw veiled armed people killing her father in front of her eyes while she was with him in his car in an area outside Baquba," Um Kholood broke into uncontrollable sobs. </p> <p>"My daughter’s psychology has improved after the incident of her father but it just relapsed when she saw veiled security members in checkpoints or streets," Um Kholood said. </p> <p>The Iraq war and the following violence had affected millions of children. Lots of Iraqi children have been killed and the lucky survivals are found to be suffering from serious stress. The negative affect of violence on Iraqi children is pervasive and will alter their lives in unimaginable and horrible ways for years. </p> <p>Some psychological doctors warned that the bloody war and sectarian killings will see children in Iraq growing up either deeply scarred or habituated to violence, which will severely damage their growth. </p> <p>Six-year-old Khalil Muhiee have the same miserable story with Kholood. </p> <p>Hiding in a chickens’ coop, he saw a group of militants stormed his house in southwest Baquba two years ago and killed his father who was a member of local security forces. </p> <p>"After the militants fled the house, Muhiee got out the coop and saw his father beheaded, lying on the floor stained with his blood," said Kamal Abdul Rahman, Muhiee’s uncle. </p> <p>Rahman revealed that since that day his nephew has always carried a fake plastic Kalashnikov and said "I will kill the murderers of my father and behead all of them." </p> <p>Khaldoon Qasim, a psychological researcher in Baquba, told Xinhua that a wide slice of children in Diyala suffer deeply from violence in the war-torn country as shootings and bombings have become a part of their daily life. </p> <p>"Horrible images of torn dead bodies scattered in streets and the scenes of their fathers or relatives being killed in front of their eyes will remain firm in the children’s minds for many years and will leave negative psychological stamps in their future behaviors," Qasim said. </p> <p>"They may keep the pattern of violence and hatred going on as they enter adulthood," he added. </p> <p>Mrs. Nahid Aws, who works as a teacher in a kindergarten in the city of Baquba, said that some children behave cruelly and strangely with their classmates. </p> <p>"I saw a boy in the class carrying a plastic dagger and threatening by waving it towards his classmates," she said. </p> <p>"Then, I found out that the child is an orphan who has not only seen his father killed by militants but also seen the dead body of his father lying in front of his house for four days. Nobody dared to move it and transfer it to a morgue because the armed groups at that time prevented people from moving the dead bodies killed by them," Aws said. </p> <p>"Such incidents have negative impacts on the child’s psychological mood and behavior," Aws said dejectedly, adding that the local psychiatry service for children is very "underdeveloped". </p> <p>Diyala has long been the hotbed of insurgency since the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq in 2003, despite the ongoing security crackdown in the province conducted by U.S.-backed Iraqi security forces. </p> <p>Iraqis are aware of the problem of their children but still feel helpless due to the continuance of violence in the country. </p> <p>A government spokesman had ever told media that there is not much Iraqi government can do to help children until there is proper security. </p> <p>"According to the statistics available, there are more than 5,000 orphans in the province under the age of seven who lost their fathers in violence, which left most of them suffering from negative psychological mood and squalid conditions," said Naieem Khalid, an employee in a government foundation giving aids to orphans in Baquba.  </p> child was shot dead and four Iraqi soldiers were wounded in two attacks in the volatile province of Diyala, which witnesses a month-long security operation, a local security source said on Saturday. </p> <p>Unknown armed men opened fire on the child near his house in a village near the city of Baquba, some 65 km northeast of Baghdad, the source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity. </p> <p>The police is investigating the motive behind the murder, although the police believe that it could be that his father is a member of the Awakening Council group, which fights Qaida militants in the village, the source said. </p> <p>In separate incident, four Iraqi soldiers were injured when a roadside bomb struck their vehicle while patrolling an area near the town of Jalawlaa, some 120 km northeast of Baghdad, he said. </p> <p>Violence persists in the province after a nearly a month of ongoing massive offensive by U.S.-backed Iraqi security forces. </p> <p>So far, the offensive resulted in the detaining of 409 suspected insurgent, the source said. </p> <p>During the operation, the troops seized 64 caches of weapons and explosive charges and defused 51 explosive charges, the source added. </p> <p>Early in the month, more than 40,000 of Iraqi security forces, including anti-Qaida paramilitary groups, have launched an offensive aimed at chasing militant groups and criminal gangs. </p> <p>The current offensive represents the second page of the first operation code-named "Glad Tidings" which began since last year. </p> <p>Diyala, including its capital city of Baquba, has force apparently from Baghdad stormed the government building of the city of Baquba on Monday afternoon and detained Abdul Jabbar al-Khazraji, the source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity. </p> <p>Khazraji, a Sunni Arab, is the head of the Accordance and Reform political bloc, which came first in the Jan. 31, 2009 provincial elections. </p> <p>The same force also detained tribal leader, The reality is that, unless forced to do so from below, there will be none of the promised "change" in US foreign policy. Those on the receiving end of US policy in the Middle East, Iraq in particular, know this better than most Americans.” </p> </blockquote> <p>The US occupation of Iraq, which has become the full responsibility of President Barack Obama, is once again a bloodbath. Not that it had ceased to be violent, brutal and chaotic, for not one day has passed since the US invasion of Iraq was launched that hasn’t found several Iraqis being senselessly slaughtered. But rather than talking about three Iraqis being killed today, or two dozen, we are again talking about several dozen, and over 100 wounded, as we are seeing recently. Each of these Iraqis have been killed as a direct result of the US occupation of Iraq – their blood splattered on the hands of President Obama, who, during a visit to Baghdad’s airport on April 7, praised the US military for their "extraordinary achievement" in Iraq.</p> <p>On April 23, over 73 Iraqis were killed in two separate suicide attacks. One bomber detonated his explosives in central Baghdad as a group of policemen were distributing relief supplies to Iraqis who had been driven from their homes during the US-fomented sectarian bloodshed of 2006 to mid-2007. Police said that at least 50 people were wounded; at least five children and one woman were among the dead. </p> <p>A second major suicide bombing occurred that day as well, near Muqdadiya, about 50 miles north of Baghdad. The bomber targeted Iranian pilgrims who were in a restaurant, killing at least 45 and wounding over 60. The Shiite pilgrims were visiting Shia religious sites in Iraq.</p> <p>The bombings reek of al-Qaeda in Iraq – whose operations were brought to a standstill thanks to both the Iraqi resistance and the al-Sahwa (US-created Sunni militia comprised mostly of former resistance fighters, who were largely abandoned by the US military and are now being attacked by the Iraqi government). The Sahwa have been abandoning their security posts in protest at having not been paid by the Iraqi government for their work, as well as in protest of the ongoing targeting of their leaders by the government. Prime Minister Maliki perceives the Sahwa as a political threat to the existence of his government, so has taken it upon himself to undermine their existence at every turn, as he has from the
