Free timed-entry passes are required to visit. Entry times are hourly from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please note that we do not offer coat or bag storage.</p> <p><strong>Many items are prohibited at all Smithsonian museums<br></strong>Do not bring sharp items such as knives (including pocket or "Swiss Army" style knives), screwdrivers, scissors, wallet tools, etc. Other items not permitted include firearms, pepper spray, and Mace.</p> <p><strong>Entry<br></strong><span style="color: rgb(224, 62, 45);">Expect and plan for a queue for entry.
