<STRONG>“达瓦孜”</STRONG>维吾尔语意为“高空走绳”，是维吾尔族喜爱的传统体育活动。表演者手持一根3米多长的横杆，用以保持身体平衡。在新疆民族鼓乐的伴奏下，踏着轻快的步伐，直通高杆的顶端。在行进中，还要做各种表演，时而侧身，时而倒退，并可以表演高空坠入、踩碟走绳等惊险动作。整个表演惊险动人。</FONT></P> <P><FONT face=宋体>    <STRONG>“姑娘追”</STRONG>哈萨克语“克孜库娃”，是青年男女喜爱的一种马上体育活动；也是他们表达爱慕之情的特殊方式。“姑娘追”一般在夏秋季节空旷、平坦的草甸上举行，远近牧民都骑马前来参观，是民俗风情活动的重要内容之一。热情好客的哈萨克姑娘会邀请远道而来的游客共同参加这种马上娱乐活动。</FONT></P> <P><FONT face=宋体>    <STRONG>叼羊</STRONG>是哈萨克民族为祈祷祝福而举行的一种马上娱乐活动，同时又是一种对抗性强、争夺激烈、集勇猛、顽强和机智于一体的马背体育竞赛。叼羊是新疆各兄弟民族普遍喜爱的传统体育活动，盛夏时节，牧场绿草如茵，草茂马壮之际，牧民在休闲时，成群结队自发地组织叼羊活动。</FONT></P> <P><FONT face=宋体>    <STRONG>赛马</STRONG>是哈萨克族人喜爱的传统的体育娱乐活动，分赛走马和赛奔马两种。赛走马，是比马的速度耐力、稳健美观。一般用的是五岁以上的成年马，骑手也是成年人。赛奔马也多用五岁以上的马，参加赛马的骑手大多是十二三岁的男孩。在哈萨克族中，赛马不仅是个人的事情，而且是关系整个氏族部落荣誉的事。</FONT><BR> <BR></P></P> </div><div
