Access your ticket dashboard: <a data-identifyelement="500" href="http://peatix.com/dashboard" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">http://peatix.com/dashboard</a>. </p><p data-identifyelement="501" dir="ltr">Log in with the same account that you used when purchasing your ticket (go to step 2 if you are already logged in). </p><p data-identifyelement="502"><br data-identifyelement="503"></p><p data-identifyelement="504" dir="ltr">2. Please follow the instructions written in the email. </p><p data-identifyelement="541"><br data-identifyelement="542"></p><p data-identifyelement="543"><br data-identifyelement="544"></p><h3 charged a cancellation fee for these cases:</strong></p><ul><li>The ticket is free.</li><li>Event country is Singapore or Malaysia.</li><li>The ticket was purchased less than 50 days ago.</li></ul><p><br></p><p data-identifyelement="547"><strong>For paid tickets purchased more than 50 days ago, you will be charged the following cancellation fee:</strong> </p><p
