التلفزيونية الايرانية على الإنترنت تقريرا الاثنين جاء فيه أن مقاتلات عسكرية إسرائيلية تتجمع في قاعدة الاسد الجوية ألاميركية في العراق لشن غارة على ايران. ونسبت القناة الخبر لما وصفته بمصدر قريب من التيار الصدري في العراق. وفي ما لم يتسن التأكد من صحة الخبر على الفور، قالت متحدثة باسم الجيش الاسرائيلي لوكالة رويترز إن ليس لديها علم بهذا التقرير، وأضافت أن الجيش لا يعلقّ على شؤون العمليات الحربية. اما وزارة الدفاع الاميركية البنتاغون فرفضت ما ورد في التقرير الايراني. وقال المتحدث باسم البنتاغون الكولونيل ديف لابان إن التقرير سخيف وغير صحيح. قائد القوات الجوية العراقية الفريق الركن أنور أحمد نفى التقرير باعتباره لا أساس له من الصحة. وقال لرويترز إن القاعدة التي ذكرتها القناة الإيرانية تقع على أرض عراقية وان العراق لا يقبل مطلقا شن أي هجوم عسكري من اراضيه على دولة مجاورة سواء كانت إيران أو أي دولة أخرى. </p> </p></div> <p><font color="#800000"><strong>أخبار عالمية</strong></font></p> <p><strong>تقرير: 588 شهيدا جريحا عراقيا في شهر نيسان</strong> </p> <p>أعلنت مصادر حكومية أستشهاد 211 شخصا وإصابة 377 آخرين بجروح جراء أعمال عنف وانفجارات وقعت في مناطق متفرقة </p> <p>من البلاد خلال شهر نيسان المنصرم. وأفادت الحصيلة أعدتها كل من وزارات الدفاع والداخلية والصحة الحاليات "أن شهر نيسان شهد وقوع 211 شهيدا بينهم 120 مدنياً، وإصابة 377 آخرين بجروح بينهم 190 مدنيا في أعمال عنف وقعت خلال الشهر المذكور". وأضافت الحصيلة الرسمية "إن الإحصائية أشارت إلى مقتل 35 عسكرياً وإصابة 90 آخرين بجروح، إضافة لمقتل 56 شرطياً وإصابة 97 آخرين بجروح في الشهر المنصرم".</p> <h5>التيار الصدري يحذر من تصعيد القاعدة هجماتها في العراق </h5> <p>اكد القيادي في التيار الصدري بهاء الاعرجي، أن تنظيم القاعدة سيصعد من عملياته الإرهابية في العراق وافغانستان بعد مقتل زعيمه أسامة بن لادن. وقال الاعرجي لـ "<a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20130206032145/http://www.alsumarianews.com/ar/1/21064/news-details-.html" class="external" target="_blank">السومرية نيوز</a>"، إن التنظيم سيعمل على تصعيد عملياته الإرهابية في العراق لوجود المحتل الاميركي، وضعف الأجهزة الأمنية العراقية، والحدود المفتوحة مع دول الجوار.وطالب الاعرجي القوى السياسية بالاتفاق على اختيار الوزراء الأمنيين بأسرع وقت ممكن، كردة فعل أقوى مطلع الشهر الحالي للتحري ورصد بؤر الاصابة بالمرض ولجميع أنحاء البلاد. <br/>واضاف المصدر انه تم القيان بجولات يومـية على مدار الساعة خاصة مناطق الاهوار التي بدأت الطـيور فعلا بالوصول اليها ضمن موسم الهجرة لها والذي يبدأ من الشهر الحالي ولغاية شباط المقبل. <br/>وكشف ان الشركة اعدت ستراتيجية عمل جديـدة لرصد المرض للعام المقبل بادخال القطاع الخـاص من أصحاب العيادات البيطرية الخاصة في المحافظات ضمن شبكة الحراس الوبائيين التي تضم خمسة آلاف و125 فردا من الاطباء البيطريين ضمن المستشفيات والعيادات البيطرية التابعة للشركة العامة للبيـطرة والتي نجحت في حماية البلاد من المرض خلال الاعوام الثلاثـة البيطري وكالة حسين عبد الحمزة ان فرقاً بيطرية تقوم بزيارة المزارع حالياً وارسلت الف عينة دم من هذه الحقول لفحصها في المختبر البيطري في بغداد. واكد في حديث نشر اليوم الثلاثاء ان المستشفى يعمل على الحد من معدل هلاك الدواجن التي ارتفعت بنسبة عالية في مزارع الدواجن في بابل بالتعاون مع أصحاب المزارع. منتقدا اعتماد اصحاب المزارع على مكاتب بيطرية أهلية خاصة بديلاً عن المستشفى لان “هذه المكاتب تستخدم أدوية مغشوشة واعلاف غير مطابقة للمواصفات العالمية ما يزيد من حجم هلاك الدواجن”. واضاف عبد الحمزة ان “المستشفى سجل عدداً لا يقل عن 100 الف دجاجة مصابة في حقول المحافظة البالغ عددها 800 حقل مسجل ما يشكل مدير الشركة الوطنية للبيطرة صباح جاسم موزان بأن الفحوصات الختامية التي خضعت لها نماذج الدواجن المشتبه بإصابتها بمرض انفلونزا الطيور التي اجريت يوم الثلاثاء الماضي في القاهرة اثبتت عدم اصابتها بالفايروس القاتل.<br/>واضاف موزان ان نتائج الفحوصات اظهرت ان تلك النماذج مصابة بنوع آخر يمتاز بعدم ضراوته وشبه انعدام فرص انتقاله الى الإنسان مشيرا في تصريح لـ(راديو سوا) الى ان العراق خال من الفايروس القاتل وان اللجنة المركزية العليا لمكافحة المرض اتخذت امس الأربعاء قراراً يقضي برفع الحظر الذي فرض مؤخراً على نقل الدواجن ومنتوجاتها بين المحافظات. <br/>واعتبر موزان ان جميع الإجراءات التي اتخذت لا تتعدى كونها اجراءات احترازية تأتي ضمن اطار خطة للوقاية من المرض. <br/>وبحسب خبراء بيطريين فإن هناك 15 نوعا من الفيروسات المسببة لمرض إنفلونزا الطيور من اخطرها H5وH7. <br/>يذكر ان العراق شهد حالتي وفاة بإصابتها بمرض إنفلونزا الطيور التي أجريت يوم الثلاثاء الماضي في القاهرة أثبتت عدم إصابتها بالفايروس القاتل المعروف بـH5N1. <br/>وأضاف موزان أن نتائج الفحوصات أظهرت أن تلك النماذج مصابة بنوع آخر يمتاز بعدم ضراوته وشبه انعدام فرص انتقاله إلى الإنسان، مشيرا في تصريح لـ”راديو سوا” إلى أن العراق خال من الفايروس القاتل وأن اللجنة المركزية العليا لمكافحة المرض اتخذت الأربعاء قراراً يقضي برفع الحظر الذي فرض مؤخراً على نقل الدواجن ومنتوجاتها بين المحافظات. <br/>واعتبر موزان أن جميع الإجراءات التي اتخذت لا تتعدى كونها إجراءات احترازية تأتي ضمن إطار خطة للوقاية من المرض. <br/>يذكر أن موزان سبق أن أعلن لـ”راديو سوا” تشخيص ثلاث إصابات بمرض إنفلونزا الطيور في قرية الفداقية المتاخمة للحدود العراقية الإيرانية من الجهة الجنوبية لمحافظة البصرة، وكان قد أعرب في حينها عن عدم معرفته بنوع الفايروس. <br/>وبحسب المواطنين مخاطر الاصابة بالمرض وتحثهم على اتباع النصائح والوصايا اللازمة في هذا الاطار.<br/>فيما اكد مصدر في منفذ الشلامجة على الحدود مع ايران سريان قرار حظر استيراد الدجاج من ايران بعد ورود انباء اشارت الى ظهور المرض هناك.<br/> <h3>حملة توعية صحية للحد من مخاطر مرض أنفلونزا الطيور في البصرة</h3> </p> <p>ذكر رئيس هيئة الهلال الأحمر العراقية في محافظة البصرة ان كوادر الهيئة باشرت، الاربعاء، بتنفيذ حملة توعية صحية في قضاء الفاو لشرح مخاطر انتشار مرض أنفلونزا الطيور والحد من اثاره بعد اكتشاف بؤرة لإنفلونزا الطيور جنوب البصرة.<br/>وظهرت بؤرة مرضية منتصف شباط فبراير الماضي في منطقة الفداغية التابعة لقضاء الفاو، ونفوق العديد من الدواجن فيها بسبب إصابتها بمرض انفلونزا الطيور دون ظهور أي إصابات بشرية .<br/>واوضح فالح حمود للوكالة المستقلة للانباء ( اصوات العراق) أن “الحملة تضمنت توزيع البوسترات في قضاء الفاو (100 كم جنوب البصرة) وإقامة ندوات للمواطنين لشرح مخاطر انتشار مرض أنفلونزا الطيور وكيفية الوقاية منه”.<br/>واضاف ” كما تضمنت الحملة تزويد العوائل بكراس يتناول اسباب تفشي مرض انفلونزا الطيور والاعراض التي تظهر على الطيور في حالة اصابتها”.<br/>وتابع “تستمر الحملة لمدة يومين وستشمل ايضا قضاء شط العرب وهي تأتي كإجراءات احترازية من انتشار مرض انفلونز الطيور في محافظة البصرة “.<br/>ومرض أنفلونزا الطيور مرض فيروسي حاد ومعدي يصيب الطيور بمختلف أنواعها مسببا هلاكات عالية تصل أحيانا الى 100%، ولا تقف العدوى عند الطيور بل تتعدى حاجز النوع ليصيب الحيوانات كما يصيب الإنسان أيضا، وباء انفلونزا الطيور شخصت اصابة ثالثة بالمرض في قرية الفداقية الواقعة بمحاذاة الحدود العراقية الإيرانية جنوب البصرة.<br/>وقال موزان في حديث صحفي ان المنطقة هي نفسها التي سبق ان سـُجلت فيها اصابة سابقة بهذا الوباء وان “الفرق البيطرية قامت بإجراء مسح ميداني لجميع القرى المحيطة بمحل الإصابة وذلك في خطوة احترازية ضمن خطة مركزية مرسومة في وزارة الزراعة معتمدة في جميع دول العالم”. <br/>واضاف موزان ان الفرق البيطرية قامت بإحراق آلاف الدواجن والطيور في منطقة الإصابة والمناطق المجاورة لها. <br/>مؤكدا ان “اللجنة العليا لمرض انفلونزا الطيور في امانة مجلس الوزارء خولت اللجان الفرعية وغرف العمليات بتعويض المياه في مناطق الرصافة لاعمال الصيانة</h2> </p> <p>دعت امانة بغداد المواطنين في عدد من مناطق الرصافة الى تخزين المياه نظراً لانقطاعه يوم غد الاربعاء بسبب اجراء اعمال الصيانة لمشروع ماء شرق دجلة.<br/>واوضح مصدر مسؤول في امانة بغداد بتصريح صحفي ان الانقطاع سيكون ليوم واحد فقط هو الأربعاء وسيشمل مناطق مدينة الصدر وبغداد الجديدة والشعب والمناطق المجاورة لها.<br/>وأضاف ان على المواطنين المشمولين بالانقطاع تخزين كميات من المياه لحين عودة ضخ الماء في اليوم التالي.<br/> <h2>شرطة ديالى تعثر على مقبرة جماعية تضم 15 جثة في المقدادية </h2> </p> <p>قال مصدر أمني مسؤول في ديالى إن شرطة المحافظة عثرت، الثلاثاء، على مقبرة جماعية في قرية تابعة لقضاء المقدادية تضم (15) جثة متفسخة بدا عليها آثار الإعدام رميا بالرصاص.<br/> <h2>محام: القوات الامريكية لم تطلق سراح الزاملي والشمري بعد قرار الافراج: </h2> </p> <p>كشف عضو هيئة الدفاع عن المتهمين وكيل وزارة الصحة السابق، ومسؤول قوات الـ (FPS) في الوزارة، الثلاثاء، أن القوات الامريكية لم تطلق سراح موكليه حاكم الزاملي وحميد الشمري، رغم أصدار المحكمة الجنائية المركزية في بغداد قرارها القاضي باسقاط التهم والافراج عنهم.<br/>    وقال عبد المهدي حسن، للوكالة المستقلة للانباء (أصوات العراق) ان القوات الامريكية لم تطلق سراح موكليه “حاكم الزاملي والعميد حميد الشمري، رغم أصدار المحكمة المركزية في بغداد الرصافة قرارها يوم امس (الاثنين)، والقاضي بأسقاط التهم والافراج عنهما.”<br/>    وأوضح حسن أن القرار “تلي في المحكمة يوم امس (الاثنين)، بعد الاستماع الى إفادة الشهود الاربعة عشر، وكذلك استمع الى مطالبة المدعي العام باسقاط التهم والافراج عن المتهمين كون افادات الشكاوى التي تقدم بها الشهود الاربعة المتمثلة بشهادة وزير الصحة السابق علي الشمري واولاد عمته كوثر واحمد وهم افراد حمايته الشخصية وشهادة الدكتور قيس حسن سلمان مدير معهد الطب العدلي كانت سماعية وليست عينية الامر الذي لا يستند اليه القانون العراقي في ادانة المتهمين.<br/> <h3>التيار الصدري يرحب باطلاق سراح الزاملي والشمري</h3> </p> <p>رحب التيار الصدري، الثلاثاء، بإطلاق سراح حاكم الزاملي وكيل وزير الصحة وحميد الشمري قائد حرس الوزارة بعد إعتقال لمدة عام، مشيدا بالقضاء العراقي الذي وصفه بأنه “مستقل وحيادي”، ودعا إلى إطلاق سراح المعتقلين من أبناء التيار في السجون الامريكية. </p> <p>وقال فلاح حسن شنشل النائب البرلماني عن الكتلة الصدرية في تصريح للوكالة المستقلة للانباء (اصوات العراق) “نتقدم بالشكر والتقدير لمجلس القضاء الاعلى والمحكمة الاتحادية لتعاملها مع  القضايا باستقلالية وحيادية من خلال الحكم بالبراءة على وكيل وزير الصحة حاكم الزاملي وحميد الشمري”.<br/>كانت المحكمة الجنائية العراقية قامت، الاثنين، بتبرءة كل من حاكم الزاملي وكيل وزارة الصحة، وحميد الشمري قائد حرس الوزارة من التهم المسندة اليهما وإطلاق سراحهما بعد عام من الاعتقال.<br/>وجاء  قرار المحكمة بعد طلب المدعي العام من القاضي خلال جلسة المحكمة باسقاط التهم عن المتهمين كون الشهادات التي تدينهم “سمعية وليس عينية “.<br/>واوضح  شنشل أن “القضاء عمل بشكل محايد في هذه القضية “.<br/>كان أربعة شهود، لم يحضروا المحكمة، الاثنين،  قد أدلوا بشهادات تدين ” المتهيمن”  تتضمن اعترافهم بارتكاب “المتهمين” لجرائم قتل الاطباء في عام 2006 ، والضلوع بأعمال إرهاب، وسرقة أجهزة حاسوب من الوزارة “.<br/>كانت القوات الأمريكية ومعها قوات عراقية إعتقلت في الثامن من شباط فبراير من العام الماضي وكيل وزارة الصحة حاكم الزاملي في مقر الوزارة.<br/>ولم تفصح القوات الأمريكية فى حينه عن سبب إعتقال الزاملى ، كما لم يصدر بيان رسمي أمريكي أو عراقي حول ظروف وأسباب الإعتقال.<br/>وبعد أربعة أيام من إعتقال الزاملي قامت قوة أمريكية باقتحام مبنى وزارة الصحة في منطقة باب المعظم وسط بغداد واعتقلت عددا من حراسها.<br/> <h2>افتتاح الطريق القديمة الذي يربط الفلوجة بقضائي الحبانية والخالدية</h2> </p> <p>قامت قوات شرطة الأنبار والقوات الأمريكية بافتتاح الطريق القديمة التي يربط قضاء الفلوجة بقضائي الحبانية والخالدية غرباً بعد اغلاق دام أربع سنوات بسبب اتخاذ القوات الأمريكية قواعد لها على تلك الطريق.<br/>وقال الضابط في مركز الخالدية المقدم فريد الفهداوي ان افتتاح الطريق سيسهم في تخفيف معاناة المواطنين اثناء التنقل بين الأقضية الواقعة غرب الفلوجة. <br/>وسبق ان شهدت الفلوجة معارك ضارية سنتي 2004 و2005 فرضت على اثرها القوات الأمريكية نظاماً أمنياً دقيقاً على الوافدين إلى المدينة من بقية المناطق.<br/> <h2>التيار الصدري يستعد لخوض انتخابات مجالس المحافظات المقبلة</h2> </p> <p>اعلن الناطق باسم التيار الصدري صلاح العبيدي ان الصدريين يستعدون بقوة لخوض انتخابات مجالس المحافظات المقبلة واصفا المجالس الحالية بغير القانونية. <br/>وقد اعترضت الكتلة الصدرية في مجلس النواب على تحفظ نائب رئيس الجمهورية عادل عبد المهدي على قانون مجالس المحافظات. <br/>وبدورها قالت النائبة عن التيار الصدري اسماء الموسوي في تصريح صحفي من النجف ان هذا التحفظ قائم على اساس حزبي فقط . <br/>واكدت الموسوي ان اي تعديل لن يتم على القانون على الرغم من اعادته الى المجلس من هيئة الرئاسة بسبب التحفظ الذي سجله نائب رئيس الجمهورية.<br/> <h2>نائب عن التوافق يصف قرارات لجنة تطبيع الاوضاع في كركوك بالباطلة</h2> </p> <p>وصف النائب عن جبهة التوافق العراقية عز الدين الدولة قرارات اللجنة المكلفة بتطبيع الأوضاع في محافظة كركوك واجراءاتها بالباطلة. <br/>وشدد الدولة في حديث لـ(راديو سوا) على ان “كل ما صدر من هذه اللجنة يعد باطلا لأن اللجنة شكلت من دون غطاء دستوري”. <br/>مضيفا ان “اللجنة شكلت من طرف واحد وليس من قبل اللجنة التنفيذية كما ورد في الدستور وشكلت من قبل مجلس الوزراء”. <br/>يذكر ان كتلة التحالف الكردستاني قد طالبت بتمديد عمل لجنة تطبيع الأوضاع في كركوك نظرا لإنتهاء المدة المحددة لعملها نهاية السنة الماضية.<br/> <h2>التيار الصدري يدعو عبدالمهدي المصادقة على قانون المحافظات</h2> </p> <p>قالت عضو الهيئة السياسية في التيار الصدري النائبة اسماء الموسوي ان التيار لا يريد اي تصعيد فيما يخص نقض قانون انتخابات مجالس المحافظات.<br/>وطالبت الموسوي بالمصادقة على القانون وفق ماتم الاتفاق عليه في البرلمان<br/>حيث تاتي هذه المطالبة متزامنة مع دعوة حزب الدعوة الاسلامية الى التصديق على القانون. <br/>واكدت ان الهيئة السياسية في التيار الصدري اجتمعت امس الاثنين وبحثت نقض القانون من قبل نائب رئيس الجمهورية عادل عبد المهدي مشيرة الى ان الهيئة اصدرت بيانا تضمن دعوة عبد المهدي الى المصادقة على القانون لاسيما ان هيئة الرئاسة تشكيل وطني يعنى بجميع اطياف وتوجهات الشعب العراقي.<br/>وكان عبد المهدي قد رفض التوقيع على قانون انتخابات مجالس المحافظات غير المنتظمة باقليم قائلا “ان اسباب تحفظاته تعود الى نصوص دستورية وقانونية”.<br/> <h2>بويوكانيت:تركيا ستشن عند الضرورة عمليات عسكرية على حزب العمال</h2> </p> <p>اعلن رئيس هيئة اركان الجيش التركي الجنرال يشار بويوكانيت امس الاثنين ان بلاده ستشن عند الضرورة عمليات عسكرية جديدة على عناصر حزب العمال الكردستاني المتحصنين في بعض جبال شمال العراق.<br/>وقال بويوكانيت للصحافيين في انقرة ان العملية العسكرية التي استهدفت قواعد حزب العمال الكردستاني في المنطقة القريبة من الحدود التركية بين 21 و29 شباط الماضي كانت نجاحا باهرا. <br/>واضاف انه “كان علينا ان نلقنهم درسا وقد قمنا بذلك وتابع ثمة دروس اخرى ينبغي ان نعطيها وهي اننا سننفذ عمليات اخرى عند الضرورة وان
