/><br/>很多客户来咨询的时候都会问有没有几吨的锅炉，为什么不常见这种吨位的，是不是技术不成熟之类的问题。那么循环流化床锅炉一般都有几吨的?技术成熟吗?我们常见的吨位一般有35吨、45吨、50吨、75吨、90吨、130吨、150吨、240吨、280吨...那不常见的就是不能生产吗?生产出来也会没有常见的好用吗?其实并不是这样的，只要在生产范围内的，不管哪个吨位生产出来都是一样的好用，因为整体技术知识是一样。<br/><img src="http://jmage0.huangye88.net/live/2021/09/18/b12407145fcda267fd48e40171c9f799.jpg@750w_750h_90Q" /><br/>是在鼓泡床锅炉（沸腾炉）的基础上发展起来的，因此鼓泡床的一些理论和概念可以用于循环流化床锅炉。但是又有很大的差别。早期的循环流化床锅炉流化速度比较高，因此称作快速循环循环床锅炉。<br/><img src="http://jmage0.huangye88.net/live/2021/09/18/68fa6883c886cb57ff470b04b75b1fd8.jpg@750w_750h_90Q" /><br/>锅炉运行前对锅筒内件仔细检查，要求锅筒内件焊缝严密，无泄漏点。严格控制燃烧高硫煤，防止过热器出现高温腐蚀现象。定期检查高温过热器的防磨，脱落的护瓦要即使焊补，磨穿的护瓦要即时更换，转向的护瓦要即时校正。锅炉在运行过程中要加强排污操作，连续排污不能中断，定期排污每班不能少于一次。对有过热器的锅炉，锅炉运行时不能长时间的低负荷运行，特别是低压力高流量的运行，使得过热蒸汽密度降低，流量增大，过热器管子中的蒸汽速度大大增加，热偏差增大，蒸汽阻力增加，传热恶化，传热量低的管子容易发生爆管现象，所以，锅炉严禁长期低压运行，建议运行压力不低于80%的额定负荷，如确实需要低压运行，需要对流量进行相应折算，计算出一定压力下对应一事实上的安全流量。<br/><img src="http://jmage0.huangye88.net/live/2021/09/18/570fbb89ca6e1c5727b8b5112273fc62.jpg@750w_750h_90Q" /><br/>节能型流化床锅炉的技术特性 <br /> 1、较高的热效率锅炉热效率不低于88%（烟煤）；锅炉飞灰含碳量不大于6%（烟煤）；底渣含碳量不大于2%（烟煤）； <br /> 2、较低的电耗采用低床压、低流速设计，合理的一二次风配比，从而减少对风机的风压要求，降低电机电功率； <br /> 3、较强的连续运行能力锅炉年运行时间不少于8000小时；锅炉连续运行时间不少于7000小时.<br/><img
