Passes cannot be transferred once the conference starts (March 25 at 9:00 am).</p> <h4>What is your cancellation policy?</h4> <p>Cancellations received up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the conference are refundable in full. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire conference fee minus a $300 service fee. The remainder of your credit may apply toward a future conference. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for the cost of your registration. Substitutions may be made at any time.
