，高炉复产节奏较缓慢，钢厂对合金需求依然较差，厂家均反馈目前出货情况不佳，销售压力增加，硅锰出现累库情况，为应对目前需求较弱的局面，南北合金厂均选择停产检修，硅锰产量成下跌趋势，目前全国开工率在38%左右，屡创新低，硅锰6517北方报现金出厂5700-5800元/吨，南方主流价格5850-5950元/吨，市场低价货源增多。期货端，因近期南北厂家陆续减停产等消息面环绕，叠加主力合约临近交割月，硅锰盘面小幅反弹。</p> <p>厂家端，开工方面，<span style="color: #000000;"><span style="text-align: justify; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; display: inline; float: none;"><a href='https://m.mysteel.com/' none;">乌兰察布某硅锰生产厂家自主检修两台硅锰合金矿热炉，涉及日产350吨左右。察右前旗某硅锰生产厂家自主检修一台硅锰合金矿热炉，涉及日产250吨左右，检修时长五天左右，随后预计将继续检修其另外一台矿热炉。宁夏地区因前期减产情况较多，本周开工波动不大，目前开工率在30%左右。广西除一龙头企业外，其余大厂硅锰炉子几乎全部停产，另有个别小厂在近日也迫于压力被动停产。云南本周产量下降较多，因目前未到丰水期，电费及运费均处于相对高位，厂家相继停产，并表示后面根据市场行情进行复产。成本利润方面，以广西和内蒙地区为例，目前内蒙成本在5872元/吨，广西成本在6548元/吨，成本差距仍在700元/吨，南方厂家几乎无生产机会，开工率最高地区仍然被内蒙占据。</span> none;">锰矿端，周初锰矿市场询盘活跃度增加，同时带动市场挺价情绪产生，部分矿商持低价惜售心态，澳矿由于发运及矿山报盘问题，多数暂不报价，加蓬同样带动报价上行，半碳酸维持稳定趋势，今日康密劳外盘落地，价格高位，国内接货意愿一般，现货情绪跟随，市场暂无低价出售，氧化矿多数暂不报价，市场了解澳块报价高达39元/吨度。</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="text-align: justify; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; display: inline; float: none;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="text-align: justify; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; display: inline; float: none;">钢厂端，<a href="https://www.mysteel.com/" target="_blank" style="color: #3861ab;" rel="noopener">Mysteel</a>调研247家钢厂高炉开工率<span style="background: inherit; outline: none;">77.81</span>%，环比上周增加1.21个百分点，同比去年减少6.49个百分点 ；高炉炼铁产能利用率<span style="background: inherit; outline: none;">83.61</span>%，环比增加0.85个百分点 ，同比减少7.59个百分点 ；钢厂盈利率<span style="background: inherit; outline: none;">33.33</span>% ，环比增加4.76个百分点，同比<span style="background: inherit; outline: none;">下降21.22个百分点</span>；日均<a href="https://tks.mysteel.com/datas/article/pa4262,7073aaaaaa1.html" target="_blank" style="color: #3861ab;" rel="noopener">铁水产量</a>223.58万吨，环比<span style="background: inherit; outline: none;">增加2.27</span>万吨，同比<span style="background: inherit; outline: none;">减少21.49</span>万吨。 河钢集团仍未展开新一轮采购，华东及南方钢厂招标价格接近6050范围，市场对于4月钢厂采价预期不佳。</span></span></span></span></p> justify; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; display: inline; float: none;">综合来看，供应端，内蒙厂家开工存在波动，因生产利润微薄以及库存较大难以消耗等原因，部分厂家主动减产检修 ，因目前累库及在钢厂招标价格持续下跌的行情下，预计后续减停产情况仍有增加预期，南方广西贵州产量相对波动较小，云南地区两大厂停产，产量大幅下降，目前云南产量所剩无几，南方生产积极性不高。需求端，据中钢协数据显示，2024年3月下旬，重点统计钢铁企业粗钢日产212.18万吨，环比增长3.63%，同口径比去年同期下降6.14%。3月下旬末，重点统计钢铁企业钢材库存量约1842.74万吨，比上一旬（即3月中旬）减少110.62万吨、下降5.66%；比上月同旬增加40.75万吨、上升2.26%。 目前钢材产量仍处于缓慢上升的局面，需求动力不足。成本端，今日康密劳公布加蓬块5月对华锰矿装船报价为4.9美元/吨度（涨0.5），折合人民币成本41元/吨度左右 ，或对硅锰成本形成一定支撑，预计短期硅锰市场震荡运行。</span></span></span></span></p> <!--指标说明附件--> <br /> </div> </div> </article> <article
