of ASa Project and decided to make this my first vndb review.<br><br>Much like the last two titles this feels like another wild experiment that's either a hit or miss for the audience. This time around it's the 3 pairs of side characters supposedly "hooking up" and the cast makes love gossips, but <span class="spoiler">didn't even do much because only one pair actually hooked up in the entire game,</span> and the repeated other perspective which kinda costed the overall quality of individual main routes, Oh remember Yuna <a href="https://vndb.org/c92165" rel="nofollow">link</a> from Ren'ai Royale? <span class="spoiler">The MAIN routes are as short as her route if you know what I mean, with the exception of Kokoro's. Koibana is quite realistic for high schools in Asian, and the background of this story is comfortable to me compared with recent ones (Futamata, rent a boyfriend, meaningless fight for love).<br>This reminds me of Karigurashi Renai, which is more about sweet contents and pure love story. Male protagonist is lovable. No side character routes is good for me. Also the common route is probably the longest in ASa history (4 stages), and to enter certain routes you might not need to finish all of them. Tbh I feel that for example, <span class="spoiler"> the protagonist and Chii seems to need a second confrontation that somehow rather happens offscreen since they revert back to being childhood friends when their relationship was somehow damaged. The relationship is somehow fixed offscreen. I like Asa Project and they were on a rise since Karigurashi Ren'ai. Having four couples was ambitious, but I thought they could pull it off. Unfortunately, it's a very hit and miss attempt, being a miss for me.<br><br><strong>Positives:</strong><br>- All couples have good chemistry<br>- Large cast means more variety in interactions<br>- Novel approach to the storytelling, by shifting viewpoints for full scenarios, like in an anime<br><br><strong>Negatives:</strong><br>- Existence of a central heroine: Kokoro has almost twice the number of scenarios than other routes.
