This does not include natural disasters or acts of God. <br />  <br /> We will reimburse you for a complete repair should a defect in a Static Control cartridge be found to be the sole cause of damage to any printer. Static Control must be provided satisfactory evidence that printer damage was caused due to a defect in a Static Control cartridge. <br /> All claims must be accompanied by an invoice from the designated authorized service company and the invoice must clearly indicate repair specifics, along with the contact information of the dispatched field service technician. Return of the defective product is required and must be clearly marked with an official Static Control-issued RMA on the outside of the package. Any sign of tampering with the product by non-Static Control personnel will void this warranty. Static Control’s liability shall be limited to repair, replacement or reimbursement.
