word-break: break-all;">公开资料显示，杰青项目是上世纪90年代党和国家为了解决当时我国科研队伍中存在的人才匮乏和断层问题，划拨专门经费设立的人才项目，是择优对青年科研人员进行稳定支持、培养科技领军人才的战略性举措。作为我国成功的人才品牌项目之一，杰青项目在科技界享有较高声誉。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify;
