It basically combined the best parts of similar apps. It has pretty amazing features such as recordings and automation. It can be integrated with other apps easily, and it definitely does its job of streamlining our team's workflows. They also have the best customer service ever!</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The notifications are too much because the default setting notifies users almost about everything.
