She extends the experiential thread by creating concept spaces that inspire and creative-directing all marketing collateral and website designs.</p> <p>Elka began working with Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, L.L.C. (MDL) in the clinical laboratory in 1999, orchestrating and supervising laboratory accessioning. In 2007, she founded Sherute, LLC., a construction and facilities management company; she is currently president. Elka is also a principal of Genesis Investment Properties, LLC. She leads strategic planning, design, and production of decor and furnishings for all Genesis Biotechnology Group (GBG) member companies and properties, encompassing an estimated 400,000 square feet of administrative offices, conference rooms, clinical laboratories, hospitality, and residential spaces. Elka creative-directs digital branding for all GBG company websites.</p> </li> <li> <section class="name_title"> <h3>Eben Copple</h3> <h4>Director of Hospitality</h4> </section> <p>Eben Copple loves food, drawing culinary inspiration from the local Kansas farmer's markets he visited with his parents in his youth. The Kansas native honed his chef credentials at local restaurants like Lidia鈥檚 Kansas City, owned by celebrity chef, television host, author, and restauranteur Lidia Bastianich, and Eleven, an innovative eatery in Pittsburgh, PA鈥檚 Strip District.</p> <p>Chef Eben continued his career at several of New York City鈥檚 top restaurants, including WD-50, a Lower East Side mecca of modernist cooking; Barbuto, a beloved West Village Italian spot; and Jovia, a New American restaurant tucked in an Upper East Side townhouse. In 2007, Eben brought his passion for fresh, local flavor to the Yardley Inn in Yardley, PA, as Executive Chef.
