(PCE)已接近晶体硅和砷化镓太阳能电池的效率水平。</p><p><strong>02、关键问题</strong></p><p>通常，溶液处理的钙钛矿薄膜具有许多表面缺陷，这不可避免地导致PSC中产生非辐射复合。这些表面缺陷也是钙钛矿薄膜和器件退化的原因，因为它们对湿度、热量和光应力敏感。此外，钙钛矿和电荷传输层之间异质界面处的能级匹配程度对跨接触的电荷传输效率造成了很大的限制，导致界面电荷非辐射复合。此外，界面能级对准加速了卤化物离子迁移并破坏了器件的运行能力。因此，构建具有最小缺陷状态和匹配能级对齐的有效钙钛矿异质界面对于抑制非辐射复合以提高 PSC 性能至关重要。</p><p><strong>03、研究过程</strong></p><p>华东师范大学保秦烨组最新small刊发表了用于高效倒置钙钛矿太阳能电池具有低非辐射复合损耗的双分子钝化偶极桥策略的研究成果。精心开发了由苯基甲磺酸钠(SPM)和 2-苯乙基碘化铵(PEAI) 组成的双分子钝化偶极桥，以调节钙钛矿异质界面。SPM 钝化缺陷态并上移钙钛矿表面的费米能级(EF)，随后的
