어려움을 겪는 도내 5개 의료원에 재정지원 강화를 통해 공공의료 경영 정상화를 모색하고 나섰다. 도는 7일 오후 도청 통상상담실에서 원주·강릉·삼척·속초·영월 등 도내 5개 의료원장과의 간담회를 했다. 김진태 지사를 비롯해 5개 의료원장이 참석한 간담회는 도내 의료원의 현안을 점검하고 재정지원을 통한 신속한 경영 정상화 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다. 도는 출연금 지원과 공공병원 필수 의료 강화 지원사업 등 두 가지 방안으로 재정지원을 강화한다고 밝혔다. 우선 총 50억원 규모의 출연금은 도내 5개 의료원의 경영 상황, 공공 의료사업 추진 현황, 경영개선 추진 의지 등을 고려해 차등 지원하기로 했다. 또 공공병원 필수 의료 강화 지원 사업은 의료서비스 공급 부족 지역인 속초·삼척·영월에 각 20억원을, 공급 운영하면서 근로자 130명의 임금과 퇴직금 등 합계 12억4천만원을 체불한 혐의를 받는다. 조사 결과 A씨는 자신 회사 소속의 한 근로자를 '바지 사장'으로 앉힌 뒤 원청으로부터 기성금을 받은 것으로 파악됐다. 그는 이 기성금으로 임금 등을 제대로 지급할 수 있었음에도 지인에 송금하거나 딸의 아파트 구입, 대출금과 고급 외제차 할부금 상환 등에 사용한 것으로 확인됐다. 산림·환경·군사·농업 등 4대 분야 규제 해소를 손꼽았다. 산림 분야는 전국 최초로 고성 통일전망대가 산림 이용진흥지구로 지정돼 생태 안보 관광지로 조성된다. 또 환경 분야는 환경부에서 담당했던 7건의 환경영향평가와 145건의 소규모 환경영향평가를 도가 넘겨받아 협의할 수 있는 성과를 거뒀다. 이와 함께 지난 3월 철원과 화천지역의 민간인출입통제선의 북상과 철원 고석정 일대 고도 제한 해제 등 390만평의 군사 규제가 풀렸다. 농업 분야에서는 지난해 10월과 올해 3월 두 차례에 걸쳐 35만평이 농촌활력촉진지구로 지정돼 농촌 개발이 가능하게 됐다. 이밖에 도는 과학기술정보통신부에 춘천, 원주, 강릉을 중심으로 한 4개 지구에 대해 바이오, 반도체, 헬스케어, 모빌리티 등 4대 특화산업 육성을 위한 광역 7일 전남도에 따르면 미 관세국경보호청(CBP)은 지난 3일 홈페이지를 통해 "강제노동 사용을 합리적으로 보여주는 정보를 토대로 태평염전에 대한 인도보류명령(WRO·Withhold Release Order)을 어제 발동했다"고 밝혔다. 이어 "효력은 즉시 발효되며, 미국 입국 항구의 모든 CBP 직원은 한국의 태평염전에서 생산된 천일염 제품을 압류할 것"이라고 덧붙였다. 전남도는 2021년 강제노동 사건 이후 염전 노동자의 근무 실태와 인권 상황 등을 개선하기 위해 교육을 강화해 왔으나 미국 측의 수입 보류 조치에 당혹스럽다는 반응을 보였다. 국내 최대 단일염전인 신안 태평염전은 천일염 생산자에게 위탁하고 있는데 2021년 일부 염전에서 임금 체불 등 강제 노동 문제가 발생했다. 일부 고용주는 징역형을 선고받았으며 장애우권익문제연구소는 미국 세관 측에 강제 노동이 의심되는 한국산 천일염을 수입하지 말라고 요청했다. 전남도는 2022년부터 도내 705개 염전 가운데 근로자를 고용하는 염전 93개소에 공무원을 파견해 전수조사를 벌였다. 2022년 6월에는 전남도 인권기본조례를 개정해 도민인권 침해구제위원의 인권침해 구제 대상 범위에 '도내 염전 법인단체 또는 경기 불확실성에 따른 소비 심리가 위축되면서 대전·세종·충남 지역의 매장 면적 3천㎡ 이상 대형 소매점 판매액이 모두 감소세로 전환했다. 대전이 전년 동기 대비 11.3%, 충남은 14.5% 감소했고, 지난해 2월부터 연간 상승세를 보였던 세종지역 소매 판매액 지수는 지난 2월 -7.6%로 곤두박질쳤다. 투자분야 지표인 건축허가 면적은 대전 96.2%, 세종 83.4%, 충남 26.2% 각각 감소한 것으로 조사됐다. 2월 고용률은 전년 같은 기간과 비교해 대전(61.4%)과 세종(63.4%), 충남(62.3%) 모두 상승, 일자리가 늘어난 것으로 조사됐다. 지난해부터 이어진 대전, 세종, 충남의 아파트 매매가격 하락세는 2월 들어서도 계속됐다. 반면, 기업들이 미국발 관세 전쟁에 대비해 일부 품목 생산량을 죽어 있는 개를 발견했다. 중국에서 유래한 대형견 품종인 차우차우는 성견이 20∼30㎏에 달하는 것으로 알려졌다. 차우차우 품종을 반려견으로 키우는 A씨는 동호회에서 만난 다른 사람 소유의 개를 교배 목적으로 데리고 왔다가 되돌려주러 가기 위해 운전을 했던 것으로 조사됐다. A씨는 "개가 커서 뒷좌석 대신 트렁크에 실었다"며 "숨을 못 쉴까 봐 트렁크 문을 열고 운전했는데 개가 트렁크 밖으로 뛰어내린 것 같다"고 진술했다. 그는 "학대하거나 죽일 목적은 없었다"고 고의성을 부인한 것으로 전해졌다. 경찰은 112신고 내용과 목격자 진술 등을 토대로 A씨가 당시 1시간 이상 개를 매단 채 주행한 것으로 보고, A씨를 동물보호법 class="lead"> (광명=연합뉴스) 김인유 기자 = 광명문화재단은 '2025 한내천 봄꽃축제'를 오는 11~12일 한내천 일대와 소하상업지구에서 개최한다고 7일 밝혔다. 이번 축제는 주민참여예산으로 마련된 행사로 거리공연, 포차거리, 플리마켓, 피크닉존 등을 마련했다. 특히 포차거리는 소하1동 소상공인 37개 업체와 협력해 축제 기간 할인된 가격으로
