margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;"><strong>当前人工智能的发展主要面向数字经济</strong></p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">当前人工智能发展的主流科技根基，是以西方为主、面向数字经济建立的数字空间人工智能科技体系。数字空间人工智能的核心科学基础，是数字空间中互联网大数据所呈现的概率性统计规律。在产出上，数字空间人工智能主要服务数字经济，生成概率性满足用户需求的文本、图片、语音和视频数据等数字产品应用。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">数字空间人工智能最具代表性的成果是OpenAI公司的GPT系列大模型。随着算力、数据、算法的不断发展，大模型在数字空间中的关键应用正在显效，生态模式逐步浮现，行业壁垒开始形成，持续推动数字经济的新业态和新模式快速涌现。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">目前，数字空间人工智能已经广泛应用于文书编写、自动编程、广告推荐、智能教育、智能客服、文化创意的多种场景，并在这些场景下达到了人类相当的水平。例如，OpenAI的GPT-4o在多模态数据的生成与理解、情感分析等领域表现优异，作答语文、英语、历史、政治等文科科目高考试卷的成绩超过人类考生的平均水平。OpenAI的o1模型能解决国际奥林匹克数学竞赛中83%的问题，并且在物理、生物和化学问题的基准测试上超越了人类博士水平的准确率。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;"><strong>支撑实体经济的高质量发展，尚需人工智能科技的体系性创新</strong></p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">我国始终坚持数字经济与实体经济协同发展，既发挥了数字经济的引领作用，又能筑牢实体经济的根基。在我国成为世界第二大经济体的发展道路上，这一策略已取得显著成效。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">数字经济与实体经济在人工智能需求上存在显著差异，这主要源于数字空间和实体空间在可逆性上的本质区别。数字经济侧重于利用人工智能生成满足用户需求的数字产品，这类生成行为在数字空间内完成，不会直接影响实体世界，具有高度的可逆性和无限迭代的能力。用户可以随时随地根据自己的想法和反馈进行调整和优化。即便不满意人工智能生成的数字产品，还可以反复生成。例如，一位文员可以用数字空间人工智能反复生成并优化发言稿，直至完全符合个人期望。因此，只要数字空间人工智能博闻强识，即便产生的数字产品有一些疏忽纰漏，人们也能够在一定程度上容忍。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">实体经济对人工智能的核心需求在于辅助或替代人类在实体空间中的操作，如机械组装、清洁、建筑及驾驶等。由于实体空间中的动作具有不可逆性，任何微小的瑕疵或误差都可能带来严重的安全事故。如洗碗时的失误导致碗碎，不可能补救。自动驾驶中的错误判断，可能导致交通事故甚至人类的伤亡。这些后果是实体经济无法承受的。因此，实体经济要求人工智能在操作实际物体时必须达到精准、稳定、可靠的标准。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">目前，主流的数字空间人工智能能较好地满足数字经济的人工智能需求，但是和实体经济的人工智能科技需求之间，在本质特征、发展模式等方面存在巨大的鸿沟，无法通过延长线式的科技进步来弥合。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;"><strong>发展实体空间人工智能，促进实体经济和数字经济的深度融合</strong></p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">面向我国实体经济高质量发展的需求，需要创新发展可支撑现实世界生产力变革、科学发现、技术创新、人类认知进步的实体空间人工智能科技体系。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">实体空间人工智能系统能够通过传感器感知周围的环境，并通过执行器对环境进行操作和改变。实体空间人工智能不是“只说不做”的“缸中之脑”、“反应迟缓”的静态系统、“学习困难”的封闭框架。实体空间人工智能不仅要能够和数字空间人工智能一样运用和产生具体数据，还需要能学习、运用和产生抽象精确科学知识，因此能与现实世界进行精准交互。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">通过构建实体空间人工智能，人工智能将不仅可以赋能数字经济，还能广泛赋能各种实体经济应用场景。比如，在工业制造领域，通过精确的数学、物理和化学建模计算，工业机器人能准确地完成各种精密的组装和加工，整条产线也能完成生产过程的自我优化；在家居服务领域，通过实时、高效、精准的模式识别和运动控制，服务机器人能完成清洁、整理、烹饪、维修等家务，极大地方便人类的生活；在智慧交通领域，安全、可靠、稳定的自动驾驶技术不仅能提高出行效率，还能方便人类的日常出行。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">实体空间人工智能主要有两个特点。一是基础架构强化数据和知识的“双轮驱动”，相较于数字空间人工智能单纯依赖数据驱动的模式，实体空间人工智能更深入地融合了现实世界中的抽象科学知识，从而能够利用科学知识进行逻辑推理和计算，产生确定、精准、稳定、可控的响应。二是科技发展注重“高效节能”，可方便和持续性地注入各行各业的抽象科学知识，避免不必要的数据样本训练，从而降低人工智能的训练和使用成本，大幅提高行业赋能的便利性。</p> <p style=";; margin: 0px 0px 26px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-all;">目前，国际上人工智能的研究已经临近了从数字空间到实体空间的相变点。OpenAI的o1模型凭借其运用复杂思维链进行逻辑推理的能力，在实体空间人工智能的发展中展现出巨大的潜力，或可成为该领域的重要基石之一。实体空间人工智能的应用也正在蓬勃发展。在集成电路领域，我国有关科研机构在国际上首次实现完全由人工智能全自动设计的CPU芯片“启蒙1号”。在自动驾驶领域，多家企业的自动驾驶服务平台已积累了庞大的订单量和测试里程，展现了该技术的广泛应用潜力。</p> <p style=";;
