کہ جس جماعت کو کبھی ’منزل نہیں رہنما چاہیے‘ تھا، آج اُسے رہنما بھی نہیں چاہیے، بس راستہ چاہیے، وہ بھی جو اسلام آباد جاتا ہو۔ </p> <p>ہمیں فاروق بھائی سے ہمدردی ہے، پہلے بھی تھی، لیکن ہم خود کو ان کا بلکہ ایم کیو ایم یا اس کے کسی بھی رہنما کا ہمدرد قرار دینے سے ڈرتے تھے، وجہ یہ ہے کہ کراچی میں جو بھی جان سے جاتا ایم کیو ایم کے اعلامیے میں اس کا ہمدرد قرار پاتا۔ چنانچہ ہمارے دل میں خوف بیٹھ گیا کہ جو بھی ان کا ہمدرد ہوگا اُسے ہر درد سے نجات مل جائے گی۔ خیر ذکر تھا فاروق بھائی کا۔</p> <p>فاروق بھائی کو کہنے والے بجا طور پر معصوم کہتے ہیں۔ انہیں جب کسی نے چاہا اندر کردیا جب کسی نے چاہا باہر کردیا۔ اس بار تو ستم یہ ہے کہ اسمبلی سے بھی باہر ہیں اور اپنی جماعت سے بھی، شریف آدمی ہیں ورنہ اب تک آپے سے بھی باہر ہوچکے ہوتے۔ انہیں سوچنا چاہیے تھا کہ:</p> <blockquote> <p>کروں گا کیا جو ’سیاست‘ میں ہوگیا ناکام</p> <p>مجھے تو اور کوئی کام بھی نہیں آتا</p> </blockquote> <p>قصور فاروق بھائی کا بھی نہیں، انہیں سوچنے کی مہلت ہی کب ملی؟ ان کی سیاسی زندگی تو وضاحتیں، صراحتیں، تشریحات، تفسیرات سوچنے میں گزر گئی۔ ایک زمانے تک وہ ’بھائی‘ کی تقریروں کی تعبیروں میں سر کھپاتے رہے، کبھی ’ٹھوک دو‘ کے نرم ملائم اور پیار بھرے معنی کھوجنے میں لگ جاتے تو کبھی کسی کو ’تھے ہوجائیں گے‘ کی دھمکی دُلار پیار قرار دینے کی کوشش میں نڈھال رہتے۔ کچھ وقت ملا بھی تو طویل ٹیلی فون کالز پر ملنے والی ہدایتیں سُننے میں صرف ہوگیا، پہلے یہ ہدایتیں دُور سے آتی تھیں پھر قریب سے آنے لگیں۔</p> <figure class="media one-fifth سے زیادہ‘۔ اسی بنا پر بعض بدتمیز لوگ انہیں فارغ ستار کہنے لگے ہیں، جو ہم سے گوارا نہیں ہوتا، اس لیے ہم نے سوچا کہ فاروق بھائی کو مصروف کرنے کے لیے ان کی خدمت میں کچھ مشورے پیش کردیں۔</p> <h3 id="5bf2a89f14329">نئی جماعت بنالیں:</h3> <p>فاروق بھائی خود اپنی ذات میں انجمن ہیں اس لیے وہ ’میں قومی موومنٹ‘ کے نام سے نئی جماعت بنالیں، جس میں ان کے سوا کوئی نہ ہو۔ نہ کوئی اور ہوگا، نہ جھگڑے ہوں گے، نہ اختلافات ہوں گے، نہ پارٹی تقسیم ہوگی۔ کبھی یہ سُننے کو نہ ملے گا کہ ’فاروق بھائی نے ستار بھائی کو عہدے سے ہٹا دیا‘ یا ’ستار بھائی نے فاروق بھائی کی رکنیت ختم کردی‘۔ وہ خود پارٹی کے سربراہ ہوں اور ان کی معاونت کے لیے رابطہ کمیٹی کی جگہ ’لاپتہ کمیٹی‘ ہو، جب پوری کمیٹی لاپتہ ہوگی تو سارے فیصلے فاروق بھائی ہی کریں گے ناں۔</p> <h3 id="5bf2a89f143aa">کلینک کھول لیں</h3> <p>فاروق ستار باقاعدہ ایم بی بی ایس ڈاکٹر ہیں۔ اتنے عرصے وہ ’دفاع‘ کرتے رہے، اب شفا کا کام سنبھال لیں۔ ہمارے خیال میں وہ ذہنی امراض میں مبتلا مریضوں کا علاج کریں تو مناسب رہے گا، اگرچہ وہ ماہرِ نفسیات نہیں مگر تجربہ بھی کوئی چیز ہے۔</p> <h3 id="5bf2a89f143f0">ترجمانی کا پیشہ</h3> <p>اپنے وسیع اور طویل تجربے کی بنیاد پر فاروق بھائی ترجمانی کا پیشہ بھی اختیار کرسکتے ہیں۔ اگر وہ مولانا خادم حسین رضوی کو اپنی خدمات پیش کریں اور یہ خدمات قبول کرلی جائیں تو ہمیں یقین ہے کہ وہ ’پین دی سری‘ سمیت ہر گالی کی اتنی مہذبانہ وضاحت کریں گے کہ مولانا خادم پر اعتراض کرنے والے نادم ہوجائیں گے۔ </p> <p>مثال کے طور پر ’پین دی سری‘ کی وضاحت کرتے ہوئے وہ اپنی جیب سے بال پوائنٹ نکالیں گے اور اس کے ڈھکنے پر انگلی رکھ کر کہیں گے ’دیکھیے یہ ہوتی ہے پین دی سری، خادم بھائی جب بھی کرتے ہیں اسی کی بات کرتے ہیں۔ </p> <p>یہ خدمت وہ تحریکِ انصاف کی حکومت کے لیے بھی انجام دے سکتے ہیں۔ عمران خان، وفاقی اور پنجاب کی صوبائی حکومت کی ترجمانی کے لیے تو فواد چوہدری اور فیاض الحسن چوہان جیسے ’تارے زمین پر‘ ہیں، مگر ان دونوں حضرات کی ترجمانی کے لیے فاروق بھائی سے بہتر کوئی نہیں۔ جب فاروق بھائی ترجمانی کریں گے تو چوہدری صاحب اور چوہان صاحب کو پتا چلے گا کہ جو انہوں نے کہا تھا اس کا مطلب تو وہ تھا ہی نہیں جو وہ خود بھی سمجھ رہے تھے۔ </p> اور برداشت بھی۔ یہ صلاحیت انہیں ایک اچھا سامع ثابت کرتی ہے۔ تو کیوں نہ وہ اس صلاحیت کو پیشہ بنالیں۔ ہمارے ہاں ایسے لوگوں کی کمی نہیں جنہوں نے جب فیض احمد فیض سے سُنا ‘بول کہ لب آزاد ہیں تیرے‘ تو یوں بولنا شروع ہوئے کہ چُپ ہونے کا نام ہی نہیں لیتے۔ اُنہیں اس سے کوئی غرض نہیں ہوتی کہ کس سے کیا بات کرنی ہے، بس بولنے سے مطلب ہوتا ہے، ان کے پاس الفاظ کا ڈھیر ہوتا ہے اور ہر وقت تیار رہتے ہیں کہ ‘لُٹادے ٹھکانے لگادے اِسے۔‘ اپنی اس خُو کے تحت یہ کسی شاعر سے بریانی اور پُلاؤ کی اقسام پر یک طرفہ گفتگو شروع کردیتے ہیں، تو کوئی ادیب گوشت کے بارے میں ان کی معلومات ’ٹھنڈا گوشت‘ بنا سُنتا رہتا ہے۔ اگر فاروق بھائی بس ایک اشتہار دے دیں ’سب کچھ اور دیر تک سُننے کے لیے سماعت کرائے پر دستیاب ہے‘ تو ان کے پاس ایسے گاہکوں کا تانتا بندھ جائے گا۔</p> <h3 id="5bf2a89f14479">لندن ٹریول ایجنسی کھول لیں</h3> <p>ڈاکٹر فاروق ستار نے لانڈھی اور لیاقت آباد سے زیادہ لندن کے دورے کیے ہیں۔ اب تو خیر ان کی درخواست پر کسی بچے کو اسکول سے چُھٹی بھی نہیں ملتی، لیکن ایک زمانہ تھا کہ ان کی چِٹھی پر لوگوں کو برطانیہ کا ویزا مل جاتا تھا۔ برطانوی دارالحکومت کی اتنی مسافرت اور سیاحت کا تجربہ کام میں لائیں اور لندن ٹریول ایجنسی کے نام سے ایک سیاحتی ادارہ کھول لیں۔ ویسے تو ہم انہیں ہُنڈی کے کاروبار کا بھی مشورہ دے سکتے ہیں لیکن ہم ہرگز نہیں دیں گے، کیونکہ منی لانڈرنگ والوں پر جو مشکل وقت آپڑا ہے وہ کہتا ہے کہ اگر ڈاکٹر صاحب اس چکر میں پڑگئے تو پاک سرزمین پارٹی اور تحریکِ انصاف کی لانڈری میں جاکر بھی نہیں دُھل سکیں گے۔</p>
