</li> <li> <strong>if the notifying party is a natural person:</strong> indicate the last name, first name(s), occupation, place of residence, nationality, date and place of birth; </li> <li> <strong>if the notifying party is a legal entity:</strong> indicate its legal status, registered office and legal representative; </li> <li> the recipient's name and address, or in the case of a legal entity, the company name and registered office; </li> <li> a description of the infringing activity and the exact location, particularly the precise URL(s) of the publication(s) that violates your rights </li> <li> a statement of the reasons why the content should be removed, including a reference to the applicable legal provisions as well as evidence of the activity;
