to Central London and Heathrow Airport, Clayton Hotel Chiswick is the perfect venue for an International Conference. The journey normally takes 20-30 minutes from the airport to the hotel forecourt.</li> <li>London City Airport (LCY): The London City Airport is approximately 16 miles/55 minutes by taxi from the hotel</li> </ul> </p> <p><b>Arriving to the venue by Underground (Tube)</b><br /> Gunnersbury Tube station is 0.3 miles W from the Hotel. </p> <p><b>Parking</b><br /> Parking on site is available, subject to availability on a first come first serve basis. No spaces can be reserved in advance of arrival. You may check with the <a href="http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/">UK Border Agency</a> whether you need a visa and how to obtain one if necessary. </p> <h5>Requests for Visa Support Letters</h5> For security purposes, the conference has policy for issuing official Visa Support Letters as follows: <ul> <li>Visa Support Letters will be issued only after you have successfully registered and paid for your conference.</li> <li>Visa Support Letters can only be issued for registered attendees of the conference. Unfortunately we cannot issue Visa Support Letters for guests of attendees.</li> </ul> <p>Visa Support Letters will be issued via email in PDF format.
