class="wp-block-heading"><strong>מה זה תשליך?</strong></h3> <p>החל מהמאה ה15 נפגשים יהודים, לפני שקיעת החמה של היום הראשון של ראש השנה, להשליך את חטאתיהם אל מצולות ים, או לפחות אל מקור המים הקרוב ביותר הנמצא בסביבה, ועדיף שיהיו בו דגים.</p> <p>מקור התשליך אינו ידוע בבהירות אולם כנראה שהתפתח ביהדות אשכנז בסביבות המאה ה15.(וישנם רמזים לטקס נוצרי שהיווה מקור השראה בעיר קלן בגרמניה במאה ה 14).<br>בטקס התשליך מתאספת הקהילה ליד מקור מים וקוראת יחד את 13 מידות הרחמים שמקורן בפסוקים בספר שמות:</p> <p></p> <blockquote class="wp-block-quote has-text-align-center is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow"> <p class="has-text-align-center">אֵל רַחוּם וְחַנּוּן אֶרֶךְ אַפַּיִם וְרַב חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶת: נֹצֵר חֶסֶד לָאֲלָפִים נֹשֵׂא עָוֹן וָפֶשַׁע וְחַטָּאָה וְנַקֵּה לֹא יְנַקֶּה – פֹּקֵד עֲוֹן אָבוֹת עַל בָּנִים וְעַל בְּנֵי בָנִים עַל שִׁלֵּשִׁים וְעַל רִבֵּעִים.</p> <cite>שמות לד' ו'</cite></blockquote> <p></p> <p>יש הנוהגים גם להשליך פיסות לחם לדגים שבמים. אנו מזהים את המים עם הרחמים ומשליכים אליהם את החטאים שלנו במטרה לטהר את עצמנו ולהכין את עצמנו לימים הנוראים ויום הכיפורים.</p> <h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>מה בעצם אנחנו משליכים? </strong></h3> <p>האם באמת אפשר להשיל מעלינו את עברנו כשם שנפטרים מבגד ישן? האם באמת ניתן לזרוק את כל מה שהצטבר בנפשנו, כשם שמרוקנים את הפח? או שבעצם אנחנו ממשיכים למחזר את העבר אל העתיד בלי באמת להשתנות?</p> <p>השנה העברית נפתחת באמונה גדולה ביכולת של האדם לבחור ולהשתנות. בתפילות ראש השנה ויום כיפור, אנחנו מציבים את עצמנו אל מול ראי הנפש, ומתוודים על כל אותם חטאים שחטאנו, בין אם שוגג ובין אם בזדון, בין אם ביהירות הלב, או בפליטת לשון.<br><br>ההכרה בחטא לרוב מביאה עמה תחושה קשה של אשמה פנימית עמוקה שרובנו נמענים ממנה.</p> <p>אשמה הופכת לא פעם לבושה, כעס ושנאה. אנו מפנימים את החטאים שלנו ולא מצליחים לייצר הפרדה בין המעשה שעשינו למי שאנחנו. האשמה היא כמו ביצה טובענית ודביקה שאנו מפחדים לטבוע בה ולכן אנו עושים הרבה מאוד על מנת להתחמק ממנה, ולא לחוש אותה.</p> <p>מנגנון אחד להתחמק מאשמה הוא להשליך כלפי חוץ את האחריות למעשינו, זה לא אני זה הוא, , זו המדינה שמושחתת, זה העולם שאין בו ברירה אלא להתנהג כך.</p> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">תשליך במקום השלכה</h3> <p>בתשליך אנו עושים תנועה הפוכה מהשלכה החוצה. הטקס מכוון אותנו פנימה אל מעמקי נפשנו. אנחנו מתחילים בהכרה בחטאינו, בלקיחת אחריות עליהם. אנחנו לא משליכים החוצה את האחריות למעשינו, אלא מכירים בהם ובהשלכותיהם.</p> <p>אולם אנו לא טובעים באשמה שההכרה בחטא מעלה בנו, אלא מקיפים את המעשים שלנו במים חיים, ב 13 מידות הרחמים. כאשר אנו יכולים לראות את החטאים שלנו ברחמים אנו יכולים להיזכר שמטרת האשמה היא רק לעורר אותנו לשינוי, ללמידה ולצמיחה. ודווקא על מנת להשתנות, אנחנו צריכים להאמין שאנו יכולים להמשיך הלאה, להתנקות, להשתנות, שאנו לא המעשים שלנו, שיש בתוכנו גרעין פנימי רחב יותר וטהור.<br><br>אנו מזכירים לעצמנו שהחיים הם כמו נהר והעוונות יכולים להפוך למחילה. כאשר אנו משליכים לנהר את כל חטאינו, זה דווקא משום שאנו מודעים אליהם, אבל גם מסכימים, לשים אותם בהקשר רחב של רחמים על עצמנו, ועל כל אדם. מעמדה זו אנו יכולים להתחיל למחול לעצמנו ולאפשר לעצמנו
