leading marketplace for insurance and reinsurance, today announced changes to its Council membership following elections held to fulfil an open vacancy.</p><p>The change to Lloyd’s Council is as follows:</p><ul><li>Liberty Corporate Capital Limited, represented by Jane Warren, has been elected as a Corporate External Member of the Council.</li><li>This was uncontested.</li><li>The commencement of the term of office is to begin on 1 February 2025 and will be for the period of three years.</li></ul><p>Jane Warren is an Active Underwriter for Syndicate 4472 at Lloyd’s, Board Director of Liberty Corporate Capital Limited, Chief Underwriting Officer and Board Director at Liberty Managing Agency Limited, UK Legal Entities Managing Director at Liberty Specialty Markets, and Branch Manager (UK) for Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe.</p><p>Jane is also a board member of the Lloyd’s Market Association, a member of the Lloyd’s Sustainability Committee and a member of the
