The dead ranged from two of the church’s priests to 3 year old Adam Udai who witnesses in the church heard pleading with one of the terrorist "please stop".</p> <p>We have not forgotten our departed ما لا يقل عن إثنين وعشرين شخصاً بينهم عناصر أمنية بين قتيل وجريح، فيما إعتقلت القوات الأمنية خمسة واربعين من المطلوبين بتهم "إرهابية" وجنائية. وفي التفاصيل، قتل أربعة جنود وجرح أربعة آخرون بينهم ضابط بإنفجار عبوة ناسفة غرب بغداد. وفي ديالى، قتل شقيقان بنيران مجهولين غرب بعقوبة، كما قتل جندي عراقي باشتباك مع مجموعة مسلحة هاجمت مقراً تابعاً لحزب كردي بناحية السعدية، وأصيب ضابط شرطة برتبة رائد بجروح فيما قتل نجله في هجوم لمسلحين مجهولين شمال شرقي بعقوبة. وفي نينوى قتل اثنان من عناصر الجيش بانفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفت دوريتهما لدى مرورها على في منطقة حي الهرمات، غرب الموصل، كما قتل شرطي بهجوم مسلح لغم ارضي غالبيتها تقع ضمن الشريط الحدودي لمحافظة ديالى المحاذي لإيران معرضة للانجراف الى المناطق السكنية بعد تعرضها للسيول خلال الفصل الحالي مع تعرض عشر قرى حدودية الى مخاطر الكوارث الطبيعية. وقال حازم السراج اليوم الاثنين ان أكثر من ستة الاف نسمة يسكنون عشر قرى حدودية محاذية لايران بينها سبع قرى تابعة الى ناحية مندلي في محافظة ديالى مثل العساف والحامد ودليمات اضافة الى ثلاث في ناحية قزانية الحدودية يعانون من مخاطر السيول التي تخلفها مياه الأمطار الآتية من ايران خلال الفصل الحالي لاسيما بعد تعرض القرى المذكورة لأضرار كبيرة خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية اثر محاصرتها بالسيول ما أدى الى تدمير عشرات الدور السكنية ونفوق عدد كبير من الحيوانات مع الحاق الضرر بأغلب ممتلكات المواطنين. وحذر السراج من وجود أكثر من 25 مليون لغم أرضي من مخلفات الحرب العراقية الايرانية ضمن الشريط الحدودي غالبيتها تقع ضمن حدود محافظة ديالى الممتدة من منطقة زرباطية لغاية أعالي خانقين بطول يبلغ نحو 200 كيلومتر محذرا من انجراف الالغام للمناطق السكنية بفعل السيول والامطار التي تهطل في ايران لاسيما ان المدة الاخيرة شهدت مصرع واصابة العديد من رعاة الاغنام اثر انفجار الالغام. وطالب الجهات المختصة باتخاذ اجراءات احترازية للحد من مخاطر الكوارث الطبيعية من بينها تنفيذ حملة عاجلة لمديرية الطرق والجسور تشمل تهيئة طرق بديلة للقرى الحدودية لانقاذ سكانها من مخاطر السيول لاسيما وان السنوات الاخيرة شهدت عمليات اغاثة جوية للقرى المذكورة بعد محاصرتها بالسيول فضلا عن تدخل مديرية الري لفتح قنوات جديدة للري تسهم بالتخفيف من مخاطر السيول. واضاف مدير فرع الهلال الاحمر قائلا كما طالبنا مديرية الدفاع المدني بتنفيذ حملات عاجلة لرفع جميع مخلفات الحرب العراقية الايرانية مع اهمية تفعيل الجهد الهندسي للأجهزة الامنية في ديالى.</p> نقلاً عن المصادر التي لم تكشف هويتها ان القيادة العسكرية الامريكية تخطط لنشر المزيد من وحدات الجيش في الكويت، مما سيمكنها من الرد العسكري على أي هجوم محتمل من قبل ايران أو اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة في حال تدهور الامن في العراق. <br/>وتقول الصحيفة، ان واشنطن اعدت الخطة المذكورة بعد رفض الحكومة العراقية على ابقاء زهاء 3 آلاف من المدربين الامريكيين في البلاد بعد موعد الانسحاب النهائي المقرر في ديسمبر / unicode-bidi: bidi-override; direction: ltr"> <p>To nobody’s surprise Nouri al-Maliki <a title="Aswat al Iraq" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20111101123251/http://en.aswataliraq.info/Default1.aspx?page=article_page&id=145456&l=1" target="_blank" class="external">denounced the vote by Salah al-Din council</a> for the governorate to become an autonomous region. In terms of the Constitution Maliki is right, constitutionally the council has no right to declare autonomy — that can only be done by the people of the governorate in a referendum. Far more revealing and ominous is that Maliki denounced the region as "a safe haven for Baathists".</p> <p>Salah ad Din has been a hotbed of resistance to the American invaders and their GZG allies. It’s been subjected to one crackdown after another and has been starved of development funds. Over the last few months the GZG government egged on by the Americans has engaged in a particularly heavy handed crackdown on officials, academics, and former army officers. For many in the governorate the last straw came with the demotion of 140 professors and university personnel over the last few weeks. This comes on top of compulsory purchasing of property and forcible removal of inhabiatants around the Shrines in Samarra. </p> <p>Last Thursday the Governorate’s council voted for autonomy which they have followed up by saying they will approach the ministerial council in order to activatie the constitutional and legal procedures to set an autonomy referendum in place. </p> <p>Other than as a symptom of the GZG’s lack of political legitimacy across swathes of Irak I’m not inclined to take the bid for autonomy seriously <em><strong>yet</strong></em>. As matters stand it’s more of a warning shot to Maliki and his cohorts that unless they start to implement the power-sharing they’ve been promising for years that all hell military and political will once again break loose in Salah ad Din. Sadly Maliki has chosen to respond in his usual heavy handed way. قرابة الساعة الساعة من مساء الخميس عند نقطة تفتيش مشتركة للجيش والشرطة عند مدخل الساحة، وبعدها بدقائق قليلة انفجرت العبوة الثانية لدى تجمهر المواطنين وعناصر الامن في موقع الانفجر الاول، لافتا إلى ان اغلب الضحايا سقطوا بفعل انفجار العبوة الثانية. <br/>وفي ديالى، قتل رجل وابنه واصيبت زوجته وابنته بجروح خطرة في هجوم مسلح شنه مجهولون صباح الجمعة على منزل سكني في الضواحي الجنوبية لناحية بني سعد. عبوة ناسفة زرعها مجهولون صباحا بالقرب من المنزل الواقع في منطقة الحصوة شمال بابل. </p> </p></div> <p>شبكة اخبار العراق-أفاد مصدر في الشرطة العراقية الجمعة بأن حصيلة التفجير المزدوج شرق بغداد ارتفعت إلى 103 بين قتيل وجريح.وقال المصدر إن حصيلة تفجيري حي أور شرق بغداد أمس، ارتفعت إلى 32 قتيلا و71 جريحا بينهم عناصر من الشرطة والجيش وأضاف المصدر الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه أن حالة بعض الجرحى حرجة بسبب شدة التفجير وكان مصدر في الشرطة العراقية أفاد مساء أمس الخميس بأن عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة قرب محل لبيع المواد الغذائية في ساحة صباح الخياط بمنطقة حي أور شرق بغداد انفجرت مما أسفر عن سقوط عدد من القتلى والجرحى وعند تجمع المواطنين انفجرت عبوة أخرى كانت مزروعة في نفس المكان مما أسفر عن سقوط قتلى وجرحى بينهم عناصر من الجيش والشرطة مشيرا الى أن حصيلة التفجيرين بلغت 58 قتيلا وجريحا بينهم عدد من أفراد الجيش والشرطة.</p> <p><strong>الآلاف يتظاهرون في مدن صلاح الدين تأييداً لإعلانها إقليماً فدرالياً </strong></p> <p>شبكة اخبار العراق-تظاهر الآلاف في عدد من مدن صلاح الدين الجمعة تأييداً لقرار مجلس المحافظة إقامة إقليم فيدرالي، فيما طالبواً بالإفراج عن الذين اعتقلوا مؤخراً من قبل الحكومة المركزية.وقال مصدر إن أقضية سامراء والضلوعية وتكريت والشرقاط، وناحية يثرب في صلاح الدين شهدت بعد صلاة الجمعة انطلاق تظاهرات حاشدة لتأييد إعلان قرار المحافظة إقليماً فدرالياً مؤكداً أن الدعوات للتظاهر جاءت من قبل أئمة المساجد. وأضاف المصدر أن المتظاهرين رفعوا لافتات كتب عليها "نعم نعم للإقليم" و"لا لتقسيم
