href="https://www.chuandong.com/i/semiconduc/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">半导体</a>的TS3121和TS3121A轨对轨、开漏、单通道比较器具有创新的故障安全架构和启动时间保障，可以简化短时间启动过程，在低功率应用中最大限度地降低功耗。</p><p>　　在<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/p/mains/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">电源</a>电压断开时，故障安全架构可以让输入端的模拟<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/p/sensor/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">传感器</a>电压保持不变，从而确保比较器具有稳健的性能，并有助于简化应用固件设计。启动时间保障功能允许频繁开关设备电源，以延长关机时间，最大限度地节省电量。</p><p>　　新比较器的设计灵感来自<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/p/robot/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">工业机器人</a>传感器，为节省电量，当主系统关闭电源时，传感器依靠备用电池给位置感知功能供电。两款比较器可满足各种自动化应用的需求，还具有独立的电源、I/O端口和输出电压域，可实现灵活的电平转换，非常适用于工业控制、楼宇自动化、电动工具和智能计量。此外，TS3121 和 TS3121A 都有车规产品，适用于动力总成和车身控制模块等应用系统。</p><p>　　新比较器的电源电压范围是1.7V 到 5.5V，具有精准的输入级，有助于实现精确的阈值检测，典型传播延迟为 60ns。两款器件的典型输入失调电压均为 0.5mV，TS3121A 的最大失调电压为 2mV，TS3121 的最大失调电压为 6mV。两款器件抗静电放电能力均高达 4kV (HBM)，工作温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。比较器采用节省空间的 SC70-5和标准的 SOT23-5两种封装。</p><p>　　TS3121 和 TS3121A 现已上市，可在 ST eStore 上申请TS3121 和TS3121A免费样片。两款比较器包含在意法半导体的十年长期供货计划中，保证长期供货。</p><p><br></p> </div> <div class="a-keyWord clearfix">
