في البحرين ضد المواطنين الشيعة</b></p> <p>تظاهر الاف المواطنين في ساحة الخلاني وسط بغداد ،اليوم السبت، للمطالبة بدعم الشعب البحريني. <br/>وقال شهود عيان "إن نحو 3000 مواطن تظاهروا، صباح اليوم، في ساحة الخلاني وسط العاصمة بغداد، للمطالبة بدعم ونصرة الشعب البحريني وسحب قوات درع الجزيرة". <br/>واضاف شهود العيان " أن المتظاهرين رفعوا شعارات تستنكر اعمال العنف التي تمارسها قوات درع الجزيرة ضد المحتجين الشيعة العزل ، و الصمت الإعلامي إزاء ممارسات الحكومة البحرينية في اعتقال المواطنين وهدم المساجد والحسينيات".</p> <p><strong>معتصمو ساحة الأحرار بالموصل يلقنون المالكي درسا قاسيا</strong></p> <p>فشلت الحكومة العراقية المتحصنة بالمنطقة الخضراء في رهانها على إفشال الإعتصام الجماهيري الكبير في ساحة الأحرار بمحافظة نينوى، وجاءت تصرفاتها لتزيد من حدة الإعتصام المطالب برحيل الإحتلال الأمريكي والحكومة على حد سواء. فالحكومة الخائفة من الأحرار في تلك الساحة حاولت أن تفض هذا الإعتصام بشتى الطرق ولكنها فشلت وستفشل أيضا في اي خطوة تقوم بها لأن إرادة الشعب العراقي غادرت الخوف من زمن طويل والواقع يفرض عليهم المزيد من التقدم نحو الخلاص من الإحتلال وعملائه في حكومة المنطقة الخضراء. في البداية قالت الحكومة أنها حصلت على معلومات مؤكدة تشير إلى تخطيط بعض الجهات الإرهابية، لتنفيذ عمليات أنتحارية ضد المتظاهرين في ساحة الأحرار في الموصل، وأثبت الواقع والمعلومات الأمنية التي تملكها شرطة المحافظة والمحافظ أثيل النجيفي كذب هذه المعلومات. وفرض الحكومة حظرا للتجوال في المدينة لفض الإعتصام فنزل المحافظ والشرطة والناس أجميعن من أغلب المحافظات العراقية لإفشال هذا الحظر المخزي والدال على قلق وخوف الحكومة من ثورة الأحرار ضدهم. ثم قامت بعد ذلك الحكومة العراقية بمحاولة لإعتقال شيوخ العشائر الذين يعلنون مشاركتهم في هذا الإعتصام الشعبي، ففشلت ايضا بعد أن أنحازت الشرطة لصالح شيوخ العشائر ومنعت أعتقالهم، كما حصل مع الشيخ برزان البدراني شيخ البو بدران عندما وقفت قوة من الشرطة في وجه قوة من الجيش حاولت أعتقال البدراني جنوب الموصل، وحدث الأمر ذاته مع العديد من الشيوخ من المحافظات العراقية الأخرى. وجاء قرار الحكومة الأخير بإقالة قائد شرطة الموصل وتعيين آخر محله موالي لحكومة المنطقة الخضراء، ليزيد الطين بلة على الحكومة ويكشف عريها المخزي امام قوة الثوار الأبطال في ساحة الأحرار. فقد أعلنت الحكومة المحلية رفضها رفضها تعيين قائد الشرطة الجديد اللواء الركن مهدي صبيح الغراوي، وطالبت بمغادرته المحافظة. وقال محافظ نينوى اثيل النجيفي: "ان مدير الشرطة الجديد فرض على مجلس المحافظة وتم تعيينه بصورة مفاجئة وهو ليس من سكان محافظة نينوى ولا نقبل بوجوده اطلاقا، ونطالب برحيله على الفور". واضاف النجيفي ان "مجلس المحافظة عقد صباح اليوم السبت جلسة طارئة من اجل التصويت على رفض وجود اللواء الغراوي". كما طالب اعضاء مجلس محافظة نينوى: "باقالة الغراوي وعدم فرض مسؤولين من خارج المحافظة على الحكومة المحلية". وكان امر أصدره نوري المالكي الخميس الماضي بتعيين اللواء الركن مهدي صبيح هاشم، وهو من اهالي الكوت، قائدا لشرطة نينوى خلفا للواء الركن احمد حسن عطية. من جانبها انتقدت لجنة الأمن والدفاع في مجلس نينوى، الجمعة، إعفاء قائد شرطة نينوى اللواء الركن أحمد حسن عطية من منصبه وتعيين لواء من محافظة أخرى بدلاً منه، معتبرة أن هذه الخطوة تهدف إلى سيطرة المركز على المحافظات على حساب القانون. وأعرب رئيس اللجنة عبد الرحيم الشمري عن استغرابه من "تعيين قائد شرطة جديد من محافظة أخرى لمجرد أن وعكة صحية ألمّت باللواء الركن أحمد حسن عطية"، مبيناً أن "الوعكة استمرت يوماً واحداً، وقد تفاجأنا بتعيين قائد جديد في اليوم التالي". مشيراً إلى أن "هناك نائبين للقائد الحالي وكان بالإمكان تكليف أحدهما تولي المسؤولية بدلاً من تعيين قائد آخر، كما أن هناك العديد من ضباط الشرطة من الموصل برتب عليا يتميزون بالكفاءة والمقدرة وبالإمكان الاستعانة بهم في هذا المجال". ورأى الشمري أن "الهدف من هذه العملية تعزيز سعي المركز في بغداد للسيطرة على المحافظات على حساب القانون وبطريقة مخالفة للدستور"، متسائلاً "كيف سيكون الحال بوجود قائد شرطة جديد؟".</p> </p></div> <h3 align="right"><font color="#800000"></font><font style="font-weight: normal">أخبار عالمية</font></h3> <p dir="rtl" align="right"><strong>فضيحة جديدة للحكومة.. حليب فاسد في مخازن وزارة التجارة </strong></p> <p dir="rtl" align="right">فضيحة من بعد اخرى تطارد المسؤولين السابقين والحاليين في وزارة التجارة، فبعد ان تم اكتشاف فضيحة الزيت المنتهي الصلاحية وتوزيعه على المواطنين في البصرة، تفجرت فضيحة جديدة، وهذه المرة حول حليب فاسد موجود في مخازن الوزارة واحباط محاولة لسحبه. والمصيبة الكبرى ان احد اعضاء دولة القانون يدافع عن الوزارة ويدعو الى عدم اطلاق الاتهامات جزافا وان كان وزير التجارة وكالة السابق السيد صفاء الصافي لا يعرف عن الزيت المنتهي الصلاحية ولا يعرف عن الحليب الفاسد فهذا يدل على تقصيره وانه وزير فاشل بكل المقاييس في ادارة الوزارة. وفتحت الوزارة تحقيقا في قضية (الحليب الفاسد) في مخازنها، وقال وزير التجارة خير الله بابكر في تصريح صحفي: انه لاحظ في مخازن الوزارة كميات من حليب الكبار بالرغم من أن هذه المادة ليست ضمن مفردات الحصة التموينية، وعلى اثرها تم تشكيل لجنة للتحقيق في الموضوع والوقوف على أسباب شراء هذه المادة. واشار الى ان اللجنة اكتشفت ان أحد التجار قام بسحب (1250) طناً من الحليب بالرغم من قرب نفاذ صلاحية استهلاكه، مؤكدا ان الوزارة سارعت الى ايقاف سحب الكمية وقامت بحجز المادة. واضاف بابكر ان الحليب تم استيراده في العام 2009 من قبل الشركة العامة للمواد الغذائية، مشيرا الى ان الوزارة اطلعت الجهات العليا على الموضوع الذي هو الان قيد التحقيق من قبل جهات متعددة بينها وزارة التجارة ومجلس النواب. من جانبه، دعا النائب عن ائتلاف دولة القانون في مجلس النواب احمد حبيب العباسي، اعضاء لجنة النزاهة البرلمانية الى عدم اطلاق الاتهامات بالفساد الى الوزارات ومؤسسات الدولة عبر وسائل الاعلام قبل الانتهاء من التحقيقات. وبرر دعوته هذه بالقول: ان اطلاق الاتهامات من شأنه ان يفقد ثقة المواطن بالحكومة ومؤسساتها، وقد ينعكس بشكل سلبي على سلوك البعض في الشارع ويؤدي الى حالة من الفوضى والاحتقان. واضاف ان البرلمان والاجهزة الرقابية في وزارة التجارة والمفتش العام والرقابة المالية يمثلون حلقات لا يمكن تجاوزها في ما يخص قضايا الفساد المالي والاداري، وليس من السهل القفز فوق كل هذه الهيئات والظهور في وسائل الاعلام للكشف عن حالات الفساد. والمح العباسي الى وجود اعضاء في مجلس النواب يطلقون الاتهامات جزافا لغرض الاستهلاك الاعلامي، مشيرا الى عدم امكانية مساءلة هؤلاء قانونيا كون لديهم حصانة وبإمكانهم التحدث كيفما يشاؤون تحت قبة البرلمان.</p> <p dir="rtl" align="right"><strong>اثيل النجيفي : يستنكر جريمة قتل الشاب لؤي الانسان لان التظاهرات</p> <p>حق من حقوق الشعب العراقي. واشار النجيفي الى ان قتل الشاب لؤي خليل حمود الحديدي جريمة بحق ابناء محافظة نينوى الذين خرجوا للتعبير عن مطالبهم المشروعة منها خروج القوات الامريكية من العراق والافراج عن المعتقلين الذين لم تثبت ادانتهم بالتهم الموجه ضدهم.</p> <p dir="rtl" align="right"><strong>بابا الفاتيكان يدعو الحكومة العراقية الى مساعدة المسيحيين </strong></p> <p>قال البابا بنديكتوس السادس عشر ان على السلطات العراقية بكل مؤسساتها وكل من لديهم القدرة على ذلك، القيام بشيء لمساعدة المسيحيين الذين يهاجرون خوفا من التهديدات </p> <p>الاصولية.واضاف البابا في مقابلة تلفزيونية بالطبع، على السلطات وكل من لديهم امكانات فعلية للقيام بشيء ما في العراق، ان يقوموا بذلك.وكان البابا بنديكتوس السادس عشر يتحدث في اطار مقابلة تلفزيونية اجرتها معه شبكة راي الايطالية العامة بمناسبة يوم الجمعة العظيمة، وقد ادلى بهذا الموقف ردا على اسئلة طلاب عراقيين حول هجرة المسيحيين من هذا البلد بعد تعرضهم لسلسلة اعتداءات.وتابع نريد القيام بعملية مصالحة وتفاهم، بما في ذلك مع الحكومة حتى نساعدها على طريق المهمة الصعبة لاعادة تركيب مجتمع مفكك.واكد البابا ان على الكنيسة ان تبذل كل ما في وسعها حتى يتمكن المسيحيون من البقاء وان يتمكنوا من مقاومة الرغبة في الهجرة التي يمكن تماما تفهمها نظرا الى الظروف التي يعيشونها.</p> <p><strong>الجميلي: ميليشيات حكومية تستهدف النواب الذين يعلمون على كشف ملفات الفساد </strong></p> <p>قالت النائبة عن ائتلاف العراقية وحدة الجميلي أن الجهات التي تستهدف أعضاء مجلس النواب هي "ميليشيات حكومية". وأضافت الجميـلي: "أن هذه الميليشيات مدفوعة من قبل المتنفذين في الحكومة ومن كبار المسؤولين المتورطين في الفساد المالي و الاداري والمتلاعبين <p><b>وزارة المصالحة الوطنية ترفض التفاوض مع جماعة عصائب اهل الحق</b></p> <p>قررت وزارة الدولة لشؤون المصالحة الوطنية منع التفاوض مع جماعة (عصائب أهل الحق) المنشقة عن التيار الصدري،لقيامها بعمليات إرهابية استهدفت المواطنين والقوات الأمنية العراقية. <br/>وقال المتحدث الرسمي باسم الوزارة عبد الحليم الرهيمي في تصريح صحفي "ان الوزارة تحصر مفاوضاتها مع المجاميع المسلحة التي تلقي السلاح بشكل نهائي يهدد امن العراق واصفا تصريحه برفع التجميد عن جيش المهدي بغير مسؤول. وبشان وضع القوات العراقية قال ان وضعها جيد مشيرا في الوقت نفسه الى ان القوات العراقية بحاجة الى مزيد من الدعم والتدريب العسكري.</p> <p><strong>السيول تقتل مواطناً وتشرد خمسين عائلة في سنجار بمحافظة دهوك </strong></p> <p>أعلن مجلس قضاء سنجار في محافظة دهوك، عن وفاة مواطن وتشريد أكثر من 50 عائلة دمرت السيول الجارفة منازلها . <br/>وقال نائب رئيس مجلس قضاء سنجار ميسر حجي صالح، في حديث لـ" السومرية نيوز"، إن القضاء شهد، منذ ليل أمس الخميس، موجة أمطار غزيرة أدت إلى حدوث سيول جارفة وفيضانات لم يشهد لها مثيلاً منذ أكثر من عشرة الوقت من السنة لتساهم في تنقية الأجواء بعد ايام من العواصف الترابية وترفع من معدلات انتاج بعض المحاصيل الزراعية. وتساقطت في دهوك كميات كبيرة من الأمطار منذ ساعات الصباح الأولى في مركز المدينة والمناطق المجاورة لها وبشكل شبه مستمر في حالة غير مسبوقة وبمعدلات كبيرة. وادت الامطار الى حدوث سيول وتجمع المياه في العديد من شوارع المدينة وساحاتها والأحياء السكنية حيث أن كميات الأمطار المتساقطة ستساعد على تحسين منتوج القمح والشعير في المنطقة ورفع خزين المياه في السدود. وفي اربيل استمر تساقط الأمطار منذ الصباح وبكميات كبيرة في حالة غير مسبوقة خاصة في السنوات الاخيرة التي اتسمت بنوع من الجفاف وقد تجمعت مياه الأمطار في العديد من شوارع المدينة والتي اصبحت حركة السيارات والمارة فيها صعبة. وقال مصدر بيئي ان الأمطار غير المسبوقة في هذا الوقت من العام ساهمت في تنقية أجواء الاقليم بعد تعرضه خلال الأيام الماضي. <br/>وعرضت مواقع الكترونية مقربة من الجماعة المنشقة عن التيار الصدري تسجيلا مصورا لما قالت انه ضابط امريكي يدعى (عيسى سالومه) قامت باختطافه في مدينة الكرخ بالعاصمة بغداد. <br/>وبدا العسكري المختطف مرتديا زيا عسكريا مرقطا مشابها للزي الذي ترتديه عدد من وحدات الجيش الامريكي وبدا حليق الراس وهو متقدم في السن وقد علقت خلفه لافتة سوداء كتب عليها " المقاومة الاسلامية عصائب اهل الحق ". <br/>واشترطت الجماعة لإطلاق سراحه "محاكمة عناصر شركة (بلاك ووتر) لجرائمهم بحق الشعب العراقي. <br/>وذكر بيان مرفق بالتسجيل المصور " ردا على قيام قوات ( الاحتلال الأمريكي ) باعتقال عدد من قادة المقاومة الإسلامية عصائب أهل الحق من العراق قامت كتائب الامام الهادي بعملية نوعية أمنية أسرت خلالها ضابطا أمريكيا من قوات الاحتلال في بغداد. <br/>وناشد الضابط الأمريكي طبقا لما ورد في شريط الفيديو الحكومة الأمريكية بالاستجابة لمطالب الخاطفين المتمثلة بإطلاق سراح عدد من المعتقلين وتقديم عناصر شركة (بلاك ووتر) الى المحاكمة وتعويض ضحاياهم الذين سقطوا في حادث إطلاق النار بساحة النسور في بغداد عام 2007 وأدى الى مقتل 17 شخصا وجرح 24 . <br/>وكان الجيش الامريكي اكد فقدان احد المتعاقدين معه والذي يعمل في صفوفه هو عيسى سالومه ويبلغ من العمر 60 عاما بعد أن شوهد للمرة الأخيرة وهو يتجول في العاصمة بغداد في 23 قيادات من العصائب. <br/>مشيرا إلى ان العصائب "لن تشارك" في الانتخابات البرلمانية المقبلة أو دعمها لجهة سياسية معينة . <br/>وقال المالكي ان "المفاوضات بين عصائب اهل الحق والحكومة العراقية علقت بسبب حدوث خروقات في الاتفاق المبرم بين الجانبين حيث لم تلتزم الحكومة ببنود تلك الاتفاقية". <br/>و(عصائب أهل الحق) هي مجموعة منشقة عن التيار الصدري، وتتبنى شعار المقاومة المسلحة ودخلت في مواجهة مع القوات الأجنبية، أجرت مؤخرا مفاوضات مع الحكومة المركزية لإطلاق سراح المعتقلين من أنصارها كما حصلت لقاءات جمعت قياديين من "عصائب أهل الحق" مع رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي. <br/>وأوضح سلام المالكي، الذي كان يشغل منصب النائب عن الكتلة الصدرية في البرلمان ووزير النقل والمواصلات السابق ان "تعليق المفاوضات التي كان من المفروض ان تتواصل جاء بسبب عدم ايفاء الحكومة بالوعود التي قطعتها بخصوص اطلاق سراح بعض المعتقلين كونها تأخرت في ذلك، فضلا عن حدوث عمليات اعتقال لبعض القيادات في العصائب خلال الفترة الاخيرة وهذا خلاف للاتفاق مع الحكومة التي لم تعط جوابا مقنعا حول هذا الموضوع". <br/>وذكر ان "عصائب اهل الحق قرروا قبل أسبوع تقريبا تعليق المفاوضات التي بدأت مطلع العام الماضي لحين اطلاق سراح المعتقلين وايقاف الاعتقالات او اطلاق سراح الذين تم اعتقالهم مؤخرا". <br/>وبين ان " المطالب التي تقدمت بها العصائب في مفاوضاتها مع الحكومة تضمنت ثلاثة بنود الأول حول ملف المعتقلين في السجون الأمريكية وقد تعهدت الحكومة ان يحسم هذا الملف وكان هنالك تقدم جيد وتم اطلاق سراح العديد من المعتقلين لكن خلال الفترة الاخيرة حدث تأخر فيه". <br/>وتابع المالكي "اما البند الثاني فكان بخصوص قضية الانسحاب الامريكي وتنفيذ اتفاقية سحب القوات الامريكية والحكومة ذكرت حينها عقد اتفاقية تتضمن سحب القوات الامريكية خلال فترة زمنية محددة ولغاية الان لم يدخل حيز التنفيذ باعتبار انه هناك فترات زمنية محددة وننتظر ذلك". <br/>وسلام المالكي هو وزير النقل والمواصلات السابق، وكان عضوا للبرلمان العراقي في دورته الحالية ضمن كتلة التيار الصدري، وقد استقال من عضوية البرلمان قبل نحو سنتين، ومثل عصائب اهل الحق في مفاوضاتهم مع الحكومة العراقية . <br/>واضاف " فيما كان البند الثالث هو ايقاف الاعتقالات او ملاحقة قيادات العصائب من قبل القوات الامريكية وايضا الحكومة أعطت حصانة بأنه لن يتم اعتقال أي قيادي في عصائب اهل الحق". <br/>وذكر ان " الحكومة طالبت خلال المفاوضات ان تلتزم العصائب بالهدنة وتوقف العمليات العسكرية وقد التزمت العصائب بذلك، كما طالبت بدعم جهود الحكومة في مجال بناء الدولة والاستقرار الامني والسياسي ودعت العصائب للمشاركة في العملية السياسية". <br/>وأشار إلى ان "عصائب اهل الحق اعلنت حينها انهم يدعمون العملية السياسية وجهود الحكومة". <br/>وحول مشاركة العصائب في الانتخابات البرلمانية المقبلة قال المالكي ان "مشاركتهم او دعمهم لجهة معينة فهذا مؤجل حاليا كون لهم تجربة سياسية ولهم حسابات معينة"، مشيرا الى ان " العصائب لن تدعم جهة معينة في الانتخابات البرلمانية المقبلة". <br/>وقال المالكي ان" العصائب لن تشارك في الانتخابات البرلمانية المقبلة حيث أجلوا مشاركتهم في المرحلة الراهنة لكن هذا لايعني انهم ضد العملية السياسية في العراق بل هم داعمون لها". <br/>ونفى المالكي حدوث مفاوضات مباشرة بين عصائب اهل الحق والجانب الامريكي وقال ان " هذه الإشكالية تطرح من بعض الجهات للإساءة لصورة المقاومة فالعصائب عندما كلفوني بالمفاوضات كان اول شروطهم ان لايكون هنالك اتصال مع الجانب الامريكي وتكون المفاوضات مع طرف عراقي". <br/>وأضاف "هذا ما تم الالتزام به وصرح عنه الناطق باسم الحكومة العراقية حينها كما أكد عليها رئيس الوزراء حيث ان الحكومة كانت مفاوضة عن الأمريكان وانا كنت امثل العصائب في هذه المفاوضات ولم تحدث أية اتصالات او مفاوضات مباشرة بين العصائب والجانب الأمريكي". <br/>وحول موقف السيد مقتدى الصدر الأخير من العصائب، قال "سمعنا بالبيان الذي صدر عن السيد مقتدى الصدر وأشار خلاله الى نقطه معينة وحقيقة لا اعرف هل هو كلام صادر عن السيد مقتدى ام لا، كذلك ان السيد مقتدى الصدر استقبل قبل ايام قليلة الشيخ قيس الخزعلي عندما أطلق سراحه من المعتقل وكان هنالك لقاء ودي بينهم وهذه نقاط تثير الاستغراب". <br/>وذكر المالكي ان "العصائب أصبحت جهة مستقلة وهم يذكرون بأنهم غير تابعين لجهة أخرى او للتيار الصدري ولا يتنافسون مع التيار الصدري بعد إطلاق سراحه ومغادرته إلى مدينة قم الإيرانية". <br/>وأوصى الصدر الخزعلي بعدة نقاط أبرزها "الرجوع إلى مركزية المكتب، وعدم التدخل بالسياسة، والحفاظ على الدم العراقي، والرجوع إلى الدراسة".</p> class="entry" dir="rtl" align="right"> <div dir="rtl" align="right"> <p>شهدت العاصمة بغداد وبعض المحافظات العراقية اليوم الثلاثاء5/1/2010 أحداثا أمنية عديدة راح ضحيتها عدد من الشهداء والجرحى، كما شهدت عدة عمليات عسكرية شنتها القوات الأمنية العراقية مستهدفة أوكار الإرهابيين والخارجين عن القانون ومخازن الاعتدة والذخائر والعبوات الناسفة في مناطق متفرقة، ونبدأها من العاصمة بغداد حيث انفجرت مساء اليوم دراجة نارية مفخخة على دورية للجيش العراقي على الطريق العام في قضاء بلد شمال بغداد.</p> <p>و ان حادث الانفجار كان يستهدف الدورية اثناء وقوفها اما احد محال تصليح السيارات مضيفاً ان الدراجة المفخخة كانت مركونة على الطريق العام واسفر انفجارها عن اصابة اثنين من افراد الدورية بجروح فضلاً عن اربعة مدنيين كانوا قريبين من الحادث بجروح مختلفة،وفي الموصل فقد القت دورية تابعة للفرقة الثالثة للجيش العراقي القبض على 5 من المشتبه بهم خلال عملية تفتيش ودهم ناحية بادوش والتي تبعد 30 كيلو متر شمال الموصل.</p> <p>و انه "من خلال معلومات استخبارية تمكنت الدورية من القاء القبض على المشتبه بهم داخل الناحية المذكورة والتحقيق مازال مستمراً معهم"، وفي الموصل ايضاً حيث عثرت دورية تابعة للواء الموصل شرطة اتحادية على عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة في احد الشوارع الرئيسة في منطقة المأمون غرب مدينة الموصل.</p> <p>و ان "فريق المعالجة والمتفجرات التابع للشرطة الاتحادية تمكن من تفجير العبوة دون وقوع خسائر أو اصابات تذكر"،ومن جانب اخر حيث القت القوات الامنية اليوم القبض على 6من الارهابيين عند مدخل ناحية الكيارة 78كم شرق الموصل</p> <p>و ان عملية القاء القبض على هؤلاء كانت اثناء قيام مفارز شرطة الطرق الخارجية بحماية انبوب النفط الممتد بين قضاء بيجي ومدينة الموصل ، وفي ديالى فقد ألقت قوات الجيش العراقي صباح اليوم القبض على مطلوبين اثنين في منطقة المعامل غربي مدينة بعقوبة مركز محافظة ديالى .</p> <p>و " ان عملية القاء القبض تمت بعد ورود معلومات استخباراتية تفيد بتواجد المطلوبين في المنطقة المذكورة ، مشيرا الى ان المعتقلين متهمان بتورطهما في عمليات ارهابية وجرائم التهجير الطائفي والاختطاف ".،</p> <p>وفي نفس المحافظة حيث ان قوة من الفوج السادس لواء الرد السريع قامت يوم امس بأعتقال المدعو (حسين عبد الرحمن حميد الربيعي) والملقب (حسين جنية) في قرية ذيابة بمحافظة ديالى ، مشيرا الى ان الشخص المذكور مطلوب لدى القوات الأمنية وصادرة بحقه مذكرة إلقاء قبض من إحدى المحاكم العراقية" .</p> <p>وان اعتقال هذا الشخص سوف يعرقل وبشكل كبير الأعمال الإرهابية التي تقوم بها الجماعات المتطرفة في منطقة وادي نهر ديالى ، مبينا انه تم إكمال الوثائق الخاصة بأعتقاله مع مصادرة ما بحوزته من أسلحة خفيفة مع أجهزة مختلفة "، اما في تكريت فقد عثرت القوات الامنية مساء اليوم على جثة مفخخة في ناحية الاسحاقي 50كم شرق تكريت .</p> <p>و ان عملية العثور على الجثة كانت اثناء مرور دورية للقوات الامنية بواجبها في ناحية الاسحاقي حيث كانت الجثة موضوعة على الطريق العام .</p> <p>مبيناً ان القوات الامنية حاولت نقل الجثة الى المستشفى فوجدتها مفخخة بمواد متفجرة نوع TNT،</p> <h3><font color="#800000">الاخبار السياسية</font></h3> <p><strong>السلطات العراقية تطلق سراح الشيخ قيس الخزعلي قائد مجموعة "عصائب اهل الحق" </strong></p> <p>السلطات العراقية اطلقت فجراليوم سراح الشيخ قيس الخزعلي قائد مجموعة "عصائب اهل الحق" المسؤولة عن خطف خمسة بريطانيين في البلاد في العام الفين وسبعة. وقال مصدر مسؤول في عصائب اهل الحق ان الخزعلي كان الوحيد الذي اطلق سراحه حاليا، مشيرا الى ان الاتفاق مع السلطات العراقية والاميركية يتضمن الافراج عن حوالى اربعمئة معتقل آخر من العصائب خلال الايام المقبلة. في المقابل، اعلنت مصادر في عصائب اهل الحق تسليم الرهينة البريطاني الخامس اليوم الى السلطات العراقية، واضافت المصادر ان عملية التسليم تمت بالتزامن مع اطلاق سراح الشيخ الخزعلي. لكن المصادر رفضت تأكيد ما اذا كان البريطاني آلان مكنيمني ما زال حيا ام لا. بدوره، قال متحدث باسم السفارة البريطانية في بغداد انه لا يعلم شيئا عن عملية التسليم an IT consultant from Lincoln who was seized in Baghdad in May 2007, was in good health and "absolutely delighted at his release". </p> <p>Mr Miliband said the Moore family felt deep relief after two-and-a-half years of "misery, fear and uncertainty". </p> <p>Three fellow guards seized at the same time were later shot dead and a fifth man is also believed to be dead. </p> <p>Alan McMenemy, a security guard from Glasgow, was also taken hostage in Iraq but the Foreign Secretary said he believed he had been killed and called for the release of his body. </p> <p>Mr Moore had been working for US management consultancy Bearingpoint in Iraq. "We think Iraq is headed in the right direction."</p> <p>"Our resistance was not targeted against Iraqis and we do not have Iraqi blood on our hands. The government is working to regain Iraqi sovereignty and that is what the resistance was aimed towards."</p> <p>The League of the Righteous is led by Sheikh Qais al-Khazaali, currently imprisoned at the US detention facility at Camp Cropper on Baghdad’s outskirts.</p> <p>The group is also suspected of being behind an attack in January 2007 that killed one US soldier and led to the abduction of four others. class="entry" dir="rtl" align="right"> <p>Two-year ordeal may soon be over after US military hands over Iraqi militia leader</p> <p>The release of the first of five British hostages kidnapped in Baghdad two years ago may be imminent after the US military freed a senior Shia militia leader from prison. </p> <p>The freeing of Laith al-Khazali, an important member of Asaib al-Haq, an Iranian-backed militia group, marks a crucial breakthrough in efforts to secure the return of Peter Moore, a computer expert, and four British security men seized with him. </p> <p>The kidnappers have demanded the release of Qais al-Khazali, the leader of Asaib al-Haq, along with his brother Laith and other militants, in return for the five Britons who were captured while working in the Iraqi Finance Ministry in a highly organised raid on 29 May 2007 by men dressed as Iraqi policemen. </p> <p>A senior Iraqi politician in Baghdad said that he expected Qais al-Khazali, the most important of the Iraqis whose release is demanded by the kidnappers, to be handed over by US military forces to the Iraqi government in the next five days. It would then free him, opening the way for further releases of the British hostages. </p> <p>The difficulty in arranging for the Britons to be released is that the Iraqis held by the US were accused of masterminding a devastating attack on a US base in the city of Kerbala early in 2007 in which five American soldiers were killed. When the Khazali brothers were arrested in Basra in March 2007 the US said they had a document containing detailed military information about the Kerbala camp. </p> <p>A further problem is that the Iraqi government, Britain and the US do not want to be seen to be releasing prisoners in exchange for hostages. But a solution appears to have been found by Asaib al-Haq promising the Iraqi government that it would renounce violence and join the political process. This enabled the Iraqi government to say that the group could not do so while it held hostages, but it also suggested to the US that Asaib al-Haq could not be expected to cease armed actions while its leaders were being held in prison. </p> <p>The attack at Kerbala, which was more expertly planned than most such incidents in Iraq, was part of a tit-for-tat covert war in Iraq between the US and Iran, sometimes waged through their proxies. This conflict was particularly intense in the first half of 2007, when five Iranian diplomatic officials were seized in a US helicopter raid on Arbil, the Kurdish capital, and, on 23 March in the same year, when 15 British Marines and naval personnel were captured by Iranian Revolutionary Guards in disputed waters in the Gulf.</p> <p>Qais al-Khazali was part of the movement of the Shia anti-American cleric Muqtada al-Sadr following the US invasion in 2003. During the siege of the Sadrists by the US Marines in 2004 Qais was their chief spokesman. Both brothers later split from the Sadrists and Qais became the leader of an Iranian-supported special group called Asaib al-Haq (the Leagues of Righteousness). These groups were alleged to be armed, trained and paid by the Iranians in 2006-07 and were thought to specialise in attacking US forces.</p> <p>It was two months after the Khazali brothers had been captured that men in Iraqi police uniforms stormed the Finance Ministry. They appeared to have exact information on what foreigners were employed there. They found Mr Moore, who was working for BearingPoint, a US management consultancy, and grabbed him along with two of his guards, but failed to kidnap a second consultant who hid among a group of Iraqis. Before the kidnappers left, they took away two other British guards working for the same Canadian security company, GardaWorld. Little is known of the security men except that two, Alec and Jason, are Welsh and two others, Alan and another man, also called Jason, are Scottish. </p> <p>At least four videos of the five Britons have since been released by the captors, the most recent in March this year to the British embassy in Baghdad. Previously the videos had been given to the Arab media. Gordon Brown described one of the videos, which said that one of the hostages called Jason had committed suicide, as "a very distressing development".</p> <p>Mr Moore’s father, Graeme, said last night he was optimistic that he might soon see his son following the freeing of Laith al-Khazali but was not taking anything for granted. "This is obviously very exciting news," he said. "We have always been told that Peter may be the first one to be released. I heard this afternoon that this may take place within two days. The problem is that we have heard on several occasions in the past that a deal had been done and my son and the others were going to be freed but then this never happened."</p> <p>The war in Iraq has seen repeated kidnappings – the vast majority of the victims have been Iraqis and the motive has generally been money. Kidnapping foreigners by Sunni insurgents was generally also for money, and the French and Italian governments are known to have paid large sums. The five Britons, grim though their captivity may be, may be fortunate they were kidnapped by the Shia who, unlike the Sunni, generally keep their victims alive.</p> <p><a
