a burnt offering or sacrifice, dedicate a vow or a dedication, or in your feasts, and make a fragrance of pleasure to LORD JEHOVAH from oxen or from sheep. <A name="5"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-4.htm#aramaic"><b>4</b></a></span>And he who brings his offering shall bring to LORD JEHOVAH a meal offering of fine flour, a tenth part mixed with a fourth of a hin of oil. <A name="6"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-5.htm#aramaic"><b>5</b></a></span>And wine for a drink offering: bring a fourth of a hin with a burnt offering or with a sacrifice of one lamb. <A name="7"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-6.htm#aramaic"><b>6</b></a></span>Or for one ram make an offering of fine flour: two tenths mixed with a third of a hin of oil. <A name="8"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-7.htm#aramaic"><b>7</b></a></span>And for a drink offering bring a third of a hin of wine, a fragrance of savor to LORD JEHOVAH. <A name="9"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-8.htm#aramaic"><b>8</b></a></span>And if you bring a son of a herd burning peace offering, or a sacrifice to dedicate a vow or peace to LORD JEHOVAH. <A name="10"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-9.htm#aramaic"><b>9</b></a></span>Bring with a son of a herd an offering of fine flour, three tenths mixed with half of a hin of oil. <A name="11"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-10.htm#aramaic"><b>10</b></a></span>And bring wine for a drink offering: an offering of half of a hin for a fragrance of pleasure to LORD JEHOVAH.<p> <A name="12"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-11.htm#aramaic"><b>11</b></a></span>In this way do for one ox and one ram or a lamb of sheep or of goats. <A name="13"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-12.htm#aramaic"><b>12</b></a></span>According to the number that you do, in this way do each one by their number. <A name="14"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-13.htm#aramaic"><b>13</b></a></span>All of the house Israel shall do and shall offer an offering for a fragrance of savor to LORD JEHOVAH.<p> <A name="15"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-14.htm#aramaic"><b>14</b></a></span>And if one who is converted to me will dwell with you or among you with your families and he will offer a gift of fragrance of savor to LORD JEHOVAH as you are doing, in this way he shall do. <A name="16"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-15.htm#aramaic"><b>15</b></a></span>There shall be one law for you and for him who is turned to me who dwells with you, the law to eternity for your generations; he who is converted to me shall be like you before LORD JEHOVAH. <A name="17"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-16.htm#aramaic"><b>16</b></a></span>There shall be one law and one judgment for you and for those who have turned to me who dwell with you.’”<p> <A name="18"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-17.htm#aramaic"><b>17</b></a></span>And LORD JEHOVAH spoke with Moshe and said to him: <A name="19"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-18.htm#aramaic"><b>18</b></a></span>“Speak with the children of Israel and say to them, ‘Whenever you have entered the land where I am bringing you. <A name="20"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-19.htm#aramaic"><b>19</b></a></span>Whenever you eat from the bread of the land, dedicate an offering to LORD JEHOVAH. <A name="21"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-20.htm#aramaic"><b>20</b></a></span>Offer a cake from the best of your dough as an offering to LORD JEHOVAH, as an offering of the threshing floor; offer it in this way. <A name="22"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-21.htm#aramaic"><b>21</b></a></span>Give the best of your dough as an offering to LORD JEHOVAH for your generations.<p> <A name="23"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-22.htm#aramaic"><b>22</b></a></span>And if you err and you will not do all of these commandments that LORD JEHOVAH spoke with Moshe. <A name="24"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-23.htm#aramaic"><b>23</b></a></span>Everything LORD JEHOVAH commanded you by the hand of Moshe from the day when LORD JEHOVAH commanded and beyond for your generations. <A name="25"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-24.htm#aramaic"><b>24</b></a></span>And if the error was done before the eyes of the assembly, all of the assembly shall bring one bull, a son of a herd for a burnt offering, for a fragrance of savor to LORD JEHOVAH and its meal offering and its drink offering, according to its rule, and one kid of goats for sin. <A name="26"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-25.htm#aramaic"><b>25</b></a></span>And the Priest shall make atonement for all of the assembly of the children of Israel and it shall be forgiven to them, because it is an error, and they shall bring their offering a gift to LORD JEHOVAH, and that in the place of their sin, as an offering to LORD JEHOVAH for their fault. <A name="27"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-26.htm#aramaic"><b>26</b></a></span>And it shall be forgiven to all of the assembly of the children of Israel and to those who are converted to me who dwell in Israel, because it is the error of all the people.<p> <A name="28"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-27.htm#aramaic"><b>27</b></a></span>And if one soul will sin by mistake, he shall bring a goat, a daughter of a year, in the place of sin. <A name="29"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-28.htm#aramaic"><b>28</b></a></span>And the Priest shall make atonement for the soul who has sinned in a sin of error before LORD JEHOVAH, and it shall be atoned for him and it shall be forgiven him. <A name="30"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-29.htm#aramaic"><b>29</b></a></span>And the children of Israel and those who are converted to me who dwell among you shall have one Law for the one who commits sin in error. <A name="31"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-30.htm#aramaic"><b>30</b></a></span>And the soul of you and of those who convert to me before LORD JEHOVAH who will commit sin by a high hand has blasphemed; that soul will be destroyed from his people. <A name="32"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-31.htm#aramaic"><b>31</b></a></span>Because he rejected the word of LORD JEHOVAH and he nullifies his commands, that soul will be destroyed and his evil will be upon him.<p> <A name="33"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-32.htm#aramaic"><b>32</b></a></span>And the children of Israel were in the wilderness and they found one man when he gathered wood in the day of the Sabbath. <A name="34"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-33.htm#aramaic"><b>33</b></a></span>And those who found him brought him, when he gathered wood, to Moshe and to Ahron and to all of the assembly. <A name="35"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-34.htm#aramaic"><b>34</b></a></span>And they shut him in a guard house because it had not yet been explained what should be done to him.’” <A name="36"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-35.htm#aramaic"><b>35</b></a></span>And LORD JEHOVAH said to Moshe: “The man to be killed will be killed; all of the assembly shall certainly stone him with stones outside of the camp.” <A name="37"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-36.htm#aramaic"><b>36</b></a></span>And all of the assembly cast him outside of the camp and they stoned him with stones and he died, as LORD JEHOVAH commanded Moshe.”<p> <A name="38"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-37.htm#aramaic"><b>37</b></a></span>And LORD JEHOVAH spoke with Moshe and said to him: <A name="39"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-38.htm#aramaic"><b>38</b></a></span>“Speak with the children of Israel and tell them and they shall make for themselves fringes on the hem of their robes for their generations, and they shall make a ribbon of dark blue with the fringes of their hems. <A name="40"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-39.htm#aramaic"><b>39</b></a></span>And the fringes shall be for you that you shall see them and you shall be reminded of all of the commandments of LORD JEHOVAH your God and you shall do them and you shall not stray after your hearts and after your minds after which you were going astray. <A name="41"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-40.htm#aramaic"><b>40</b></a></span>And you shall remember and you shall do all of my commands and you shall be holy ones to your God. <span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/numbers/15-41.htm#aramaic"><b>41</b></a></span>I AM LORD JEHOVAH your God who have brought you out from the land of Egypt to be your God;
