Aging has been looked at from different perspectives, but particularly from the biological, psychological and social point of view. As a result, elderly individuals do not respond to immune challenges as robustly as the young. Healthy muscles, bones and joints permit us to make all types of activities- from ordinary tasks to loving our favorite hobbies. Some of the first visible signs of aging may be changes to posture and walk, as well as tiredness and general faintness doing everyday tasks. Aging affects muscle mass and strength, bone density, and can make joints harder and less flexible due to reduction of cartilage thickness.
