Flussi di persone, denaro, merci, interessi che – sommati alle sfide del cambiamento climatico e agli effetti dell’economia di piattaforma – accentuano le disuguaglianze, fanno lievitare i costi dell’abitare e rendono lo spazio collettivo un privilegio per chi può permetterselo.
