I am very pleased with a lot of its features too: list maintenance, campaign set-up UX for email, form and landing page design, behavior scoring and notifications, and Salesforce connector.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Merging and hierarchy could be improved further. Far less time compared to the usual 3 weeks to 3-month wait we experienced before. This makes it by far the best Marketing Management and Lead Management tool. It also handles a large number of data well. It also has detailed reports where you can see how many people opened your messages or engaged with it. It also integrates well with SalesForce, giving us info about each of our recipients.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Upgrading Outlook loses the connection with Act-On service so you have to sign in again. You also can't view reports in a single tab. It also allows us to see who is reading the emails we sent. This allows us to focus our time on customers who are actually engaging with our products. When we have marketing campaigns, this is a great tool to use to track the performance of the campaign. I recommend this tool for people who want to keep their customers engaged with their products and services.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> It is not compatible with some versions of Windows so I can't send mails using it.
