He will become a Member of the Executive Board at DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, a leading global manufacturer of machine tools from mid-May. <br /> Michael Horn joined Körber in 2007. He started as Managing Director at Studer. Before being appointed to the Körber Group Executive Board, he was COO at United Grinding AG, the management company of Körber’s Business Area Machine Tools.<br /> Richard Bauer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Körber AG, commented: "We very much regret Mr. Horn's decision, but fully accept it.
