he purposes with his lips and accomplishes mischief.<p> <span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/proverbs/16-31.htm#aramaic"><b>31</b></a></span>The hoary head is a crown of glory and is exalted in the way of righteousness.<p> <span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/proverbs/16-32.htm#aramaic"><b>32</b></a></span>He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty;
