Personal Relationships<a href="/matthew/5-21.htm">21</a>“You have heard<MG191> that <a href="#fn">[j]</a>the ancients<MG744> were told<MG3004>, ‘YOU SHALL NOT MURDER<MG5407>,’ and ‘Whoever<MG3739, 302> commits<MG5407> murder<MG5407> shall be answerable<MG1777> to the court<MG2920>.’ <a href="/matthew/5-22.htm">22</a>But I say<MG3004> to you that everyone<MG3956> who is<MG3710> angry<MG3710> with his brother<MG80> shall be answerable<MG1777> to the court<MG2920>; and whoever<MG3739, 302> says<MG3004> to his brother<MG80>, ‘<a href="#fn">[k]</a>You good-for-nothing<MG4469>,’ shall be answerable<MG1777> to <a href="#fn">[l]</a>the supreme<MG4892> court<MG4892>; anything beyond<MG4053> these<MG3778> is <a href="#fn">[af]</a>of evil<MG4190> origin. <a href="/matthew/5-38.htm">38</a>“You have heard<MG191> that it was said<MG3004>, ‘EYE<MG3788> FOR EYE<MG3788>, and TOOTH<MG3599> FOR TOOTH<MG3599>.’ <a href="/matthew/5-39.htm">39</a>But I say<MG3004> to you, do not show<MG436> opposition<MG436> against an evil<MG4190> person;
