We are committed to action that advances justice and racial equity. As individuals and an organization, we recognize our privilege and are committed using our position to further change in our society. For next steps, here is what we are doing:</p>  <p><strong>Donating:</strong> we have increased our donation matching program to allow Olarkers to donate more.<br><br><strong>Hiring:</strong> we are updating our hiring process to ensure it’s inclusive and focused on reaching under-represented communities. <br><br><strong>Seeking mentorship:</strong> we are actively and intentionally recruiting outside advisors from diverse backgrounds to ensure we’re listening to valuable voices and perspectives as we make important business decisions.
