dubbed Summit, at <a href="https://newyorkyimby.com/category/222-east-44th-street">222 East 44th Street,</a> in the <a href="https://newyorkyimby.com/category/midtown">Midtown</a> neighborhood of <a href="https://newyorkyimby.com/category/turtle-bay">Turtle Bay</a>. The tower was designed by <a href="https://newyorkyimby.com/category/handel-architects">Handel Architects</a> and developed by <a href="https://newyorkyimby.com/category/bldg-management">BLDG Management</a>. Leasing and marketing for the 429 residences, which range from studios to three-bedroom units, is being led by <a href="https://newyorkyimby.com/category/douglas-elliman">Douglas Elliman Development Marketing</a>. <a href="https://newyorkyimby.com/category/andres-escobar">Andres Escobar</a>, partner at <a href="https://newyorkyimby.com/category/escobar-design">Lemay + Escobar</a> is behind the interiors.</p><p>“The most in-demand NYC views are of landmarks old and new, and the rivers. Like the rest of the units, the residence features floor-to-ceiling windows, Scavolini custom Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops, and Bosch appliances. Photo by Michael Young</p></div><p>The 42nd floor features the Summit Residences, a collection of four unique units with 15-foot-high ceilings, custom Scavolini cabinetry finished with matte glass and marble countertops, appliances by Wolf and Gaggenau including a wine chiller and a wet bar, and a private terrace for a select number of homes.
