Your key takeaways will be a broader understanding of how to tackle complex problems with greater awareness of the approach and style you might need to adopt to deliver as determined by your role remit. The session will also include a workshop to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to lead your institution towards and through an AI-integrated pedagogy future.<\/p><p>Finally, the session will help you reflect on how leaders in learning and teaching enact change amongst competing priorities, without direct line management of those you need to engage. In the midst of all of that, often the priority that takes a back seat is your own career and attempts to build your external distinctive reputation (and your scholarship).\u00a0<\/p><p>By exploring ideas of credibility, this session will focus on building a personal profile in learning &amp; teaching through research and\/or practise.
