class="entry-title">על המרכז לחינוך ומנהיגות</h1> </header> <div class="entry-content free-content"> <p>המרכז לחינוך ומנהיגות של התנועה הרפורמית מציע לקהל הישראלי מגוון רחב של תכנים חינוכיים ותוכניות המבוססים על מחויבות למסורת היהודית ולהתחדשותה מתוך תפיסת עולם פתוחה, יצירתית ופלורליסטית.</p> <p>אנו מאמינים כי החינוך בישראל הוא מרחב חשוב ומרכזי בעיצוב הזהות היהודית, הישראלית של הדור הצעיר וכי המקורות היהודיים השייכים לכולנו ראויים להילמד על ידנו ועל ידי ילדינו לאורם של הערכים בהם אנו מאמינים.</p> <p>במרכז פועל צוות מקצועי העוסק בהנחייה, הוראה ופיתוח חומרי למידה ופעילויות חינוכיות במגוון נושאים ביניהם לוח השנה העברי, זהות יהודית, פלורליזם, מנהיגות, צדק חברתי, שוויון ועוד.</p> <p>ליבת העשייה של המרכז הינה הפעלת תוכניות חינוכיות במסגרות פורמליות ובלתי פורמלית בפריסה גילאית רחבה (גילאי הגן – תיכון) בארץ ובתפוצות. לצד פיתוח חומרי למידה למסגרות חינוך ממלכתיות וארגונים רבים ברחבי הארץ.</p> <p>המרכז מוביל באמצעות יחדיו המרכז החינוכי לעמיות יהודית, תוכניות שיח וקשר בין עשרות בתי ספר בארץ לבין בתי ספר יהודים ברחבי העולם לצד לצד פיתוח הכשרות והשתלמויות לצוותי חינוך בארץ ובתפוצות.</p> <p>אנו שמחים להפעיל את תוכניות המרכז, שמוכרות ומאושרות על ידי משרד החינוך במסגרת גפ"ן, פרטים נוספים <a
