זה היא גם בשיא כוחה: בעלת כלכלה חזקה, תעשיה מפותחת, חינוך ברמה גבוהה, תרבות עשירה ועוד, אך היא גם עומדת בפני אתגרים פוליטיים וחברתיים גדולים – קיטוב חברתי ושבר דמוקרטי חסר תקדים. בהעדר חוקה מוסכמת אזרחי המדינה נאלצים לשאול את עצמם מה הם הערכים בהם הם מאמינים? על איזה צביון של המדינה הם מגינים וחולמים?</p> <p>שנה זו נפתחת בשיחה חשובה: מה מהות היותנו כאן? מה הם הערכים המשותפים לכלל אזרחי המדינה ואיזה עתיד אנחנו יכולים לחלום ביחד?  זהו הזמן לדון בחלום ובמציאות ולעדכן גרסה!</p> <p>התנועה הרפורמית מאמינה כי יש לחזק את ערכיה היהודים-ליברליים הדמוקרטים של המדינה, להתחבר אל השורשים ובמקביל להסתכל <p>"בשנתה ה-75 ישראל נמצאת במאבק גורלי על צביונה. על פניה של הדמוקרטיה שלה, על מעמדו של שלטון החוק, על זכויות האדם, על חופש היצירה וחופש האמנות. על השידור הציבורי החופשי…אני מסרב להיות גולה בארצי. ונדמה לי שגם אתם כך, לולא כן לא היינו פה. מסרבים להיות פסיביים, מסרבים להיות אדישים, מסרבים להיות גולים בארצנו. הארץ הזאת בנפשנו היא. מה שקורה בה היום יקבע מי היא תהיה ומי אנו וילדינו נהיה. כי אם מדינת ישראל תהיה כל כך שונה ורחוקה מן התקווה והחזון שיצרו אותה, היא חלילה, במובן מסוים אבל מחריד, לא תהיה. כי אם אנחנו רוצים שישראל תמשיך להיות, אסור לה להתרחק מהתקווה והחזון שיצרו אותה. חברים, אתם התקווה, אתם החזון, אתם הסיכוי"<strong>.</strong></p> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">עוד לא אבדה תקוותנו – הרבה נעמה דפני קלן</h3> <p>"בשבועות האחרונים מצאתי את עצמי לא פעם על סף דמעות. המצב הנוכחי בישראל מדאיג מאוד. נראה שהאדמה רועדת, והעתיד נראה מאתגר ואף מפחיד. אני קוראת את החדשות ועיני מתמלאות בדמעות של תסכול, בדמעות של דאגה, בדמעות של עצב. אני מסתכלת על הפערים הגדלים, השנאה והאובדן האפשרי של הדמוקרטיה ואני רוצה לבכות.</p> <p>אני גם מוצאת את עצמי עם דמעות בעיניים במצבים שונים מאוד. כשאני רואה כל כך הרבה אנשים שהיו אדישים עושים מעשה; כשאני רואה מאות ומאות דגלי ישראל ברחובות; כאשר אנו מוזמנים (בפעם הראשונה) להצטרף להפגנה למען "יהודים ציונים, דמוקרטיים ודתיים" יחד עם אחינו ואחיותינו האורתודוכסים;  כשאני עומדת בחיפה מוקפת ב-50,000 אנשים מכל הגילאים ושרים את הפזמון הלאומי שלנו – "עוד לא אבדה תקוותנו" – תקוותנו לא תאבד. אלו הם רגעים שבהם הדמעות זולגות על הלחיים, ובראשי עולים הפסוקים מתהילים קכו' : "הזורעים בדמעות יקצרו שירי שמחה".</p> <p>אפשר  לקרוא לדור שלי "ישראלים בשוגג". הסבים והסבתות שלנו הקימו את הארץ הזאת, ההורים שלנו הגנו על קיומה. אנחנו נולדנו כאן, כמעט לוקחים את מדינת ישראל כמובן מאליו. כעת, יש לנו תחושה עמוקה של מה המשמעות להיות ישראלי וציוני. תפקידנו לוודא שישראל תישאר מדינה יהודית ודמוקרטית. יהי רצון שהאתגרים העומדים בפנינו כעת ליצור משמעות חדשה, לבנות גשרים חדשים, ולהעניק משמעות ומחויבות חדשות לישראל המיוחדת והייחודית שלנו.</p> <div class="wp-block-columns class="wp-block-heading">תְּפִלָּה לִשְׁלוֹם הַמְּדִינָה בְּיוֹם עַצְמָאוּתָהּ</h3> <p>התפילה לשלום המדינה נתקנה סמוך להקמת המדינה ע"י הרב יצחק אייזיק הלוי הרצוג והרב בן ציון חי עוזיאל. התוספות לצעוק, וכששאלת מה נשמע? <br>אמרתי: אם אנחנו פה – זה טוב.<br>הצעקה היא כי כואב, כי יש מה שיכאב.<br>כי יש לי לב מרגיש, כי יש לי קול.<br>כי באנו יחד, ויש מי שיקשיב.</p> <p><br>זה הבית שאנו דואגים לו. דואגים ביחד.<br>ומאחורי הדאגה מסתתרת הודיה גדולה.<br>כי כבר דורות שלא היה כזה: בית באחריותנו.<br>יש לנו בית משותף, ומאחורי המחלוקות<br>מסתתרת אהבה גדולה. כל-כך גדולה,<br>שלפעמים היא מסנוורת מלראות<br>את האהבה שגם הוא אוהב את אותו הבית,<br>והיא רוצה, כמוני, שזה יהיה בית משותף.</p> <p><br>רק איך להתנהג בבית, ומהו 'משותף' – כאן הכאב.<br>ומאחורי הכאב מסתתר יופי, יופי פלאי ממש, ואנושי.<br>לא 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></noscript></figure> <p></p> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">חזון ומציאות עדכון גרסה</h2> <p>מה קורה לחזון כשהוא פוגש את המציאות? מה קורה למציאות כשהחזון כבר אינו חי בה?</p> <p>בשני המקרים מתעוררות שאלות: מה אמיתי ובר קיימא ומה כחלום יעוף, על מה יש להתעקש ולשמור ועל מה להשתנות ולהתאים את עצמו למציאות משתנה ומגוונת. שנת ה-76 של המדינה מזמנת לחברה הישראלית אתגרים גדולים, מעלה שאלות ומבקשת לעדכן גרסה.</p> <blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow"> <p>כל אחד יכול לחלום, כל ילד אבל לא כל אחד יכול לחזות אלא מעטים בלבד.</p> <cite>יוסי שריד</cite></blockquote> <p>אסור לבלבל בין חלום לחזון, כי החלום הוא בדרך כלל על-מציאותי,בדוי ומופרך ואילו החזון נועד להתממש במציאות … חזון יכול, ואולי אף צריך, להיות גדול מהחיים,אך הוא אינו מחוץ לחיים הרחק מעבר להם. כאשר ניתק החוט מהיד, והחזון פורח לו כבלון, ושוב אי אפשר להשיבו, באותו רגע הוא חדל להיות בלון-חזון והופך להיות בלון-חלום; עוד מעט קט, והוא יתפוגג כבועה וייעלם כלא היה.</p> <p>יש מכנה משותף לחזונות שונים: כולם מביעים אי שביעות רצון ממצב קיים, ומבקשים לעצב מצב חדש שיבטיח עתיד טוב יותר; כולם רואים בעיני רוחם ארץ מובטחת, שאליה הם מתכוונים לבוא. לעתים קרובות קורה שהחזונות יפים מהתגשמותם, והארץ המובטחת היא לא בדיוק מה שהובטח לנו, מה שהבטחנו לעצמנו. המציאות החדשה עלולה להיות גרועה מקודמתה, כי אולי לא היה החזון אלא חלום פרוע, שהקשר בינו לבין המציאות הוא לא רק מקרי, הוא שרירותי ואפסי. אז אנו נדרשים לעדכן את החזון ולכתוב אותו מחדש.</p> <p></p> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">נאום השבטים – רובי ריבלין</h3> <p>מכובדי. החברה הישראלית משנה את פניה.</p> <p>הסדר הישראלי החדש  המבטא את המעבר של החברה הישראלית מחברה המורכבת מרוב ומיעוטים ברורים, לחברה המורכבת מארבעה מגזרים, או שבטים, מרכזיים שמתקרבים זה לזה בגודלם: חילונים, דתיים לאומיים, חרדים וערבים. צריך לומר את האמת, המערכה הזאת היא מערכה שלא צפינו. בסדר הישראלי החדש אמנם נשמרים יחסי רוב ומיעוט לאומי בהקשר היהודי ערבי- אבל לא מתקיימים בו עוד רוב ומיעוט ברורים בהתייחס לסוגיות יסוד המונחות לפתחנו. זכויות וחובות, דת ומדינה, שירות וביטחון, חינוך, אתוס, וזהות – ארבעה שבטים, לפחות, ארבעה סיפורים שונים, מתחרים על מי אנחנו, ומה אנחנו רוצים להיות. שרטטתי אז ארבעה יסודות לשותפות החדשה והנדרשת בין המגזרים השונים במציאות שבה כל אחד מהם חווה את עצמו, כמיעוט, נרדף ומותקף: הראשון, תחושת הביטחון של כל מגזר בכך שציפור נפשו, רכיבי היסוד של זהותו, לא נמצאים בסכנה או תחת איום. השני, האחריות המשותפת לגורלה, לביטחונה ולעתידה של מדינת ישראל. השלישי, שוויון והוגנות. והיסוד הרביעי, והמאתגר מכולם, יצירת הישראליות המשותפת….</p> <p>לשותפים הרבים כל כך, הנכונים להישיר מבט אמיץ לשינויים האדירים שעוברת החברה הישראלית, לאלה הרוצים בחזון של תקווה ישראלית לכולנו.. אני מבקש לומר: החברה הישראלית נמצאת היום בצומת דרכים. אנו רואים את השינויים לנגד עינינו, וזוהי השעה להכריע לאן פנינו מועדות. כותרת הכנס הזה היא "תקווה ישראלית משותפת- חזון או חלום". אבל באמת, כותרת הכנס הזה הייתה צריכה להיות: "תקווה ישראלית: להיות או לחדול"….</p> <p>תקווה ישראלית משותפת איננה יכולה להיות נקודת הפתיחה של המסע הארוך שלפנינו, אבל היא צריכה להיות המתנה והירושה 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></noscript></figure> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"> מדינה יהודית ודמוקרטית כאחד</h2> <p>בימים אלו אנו שבים ורואים שצמד המילים יהודית ודמוקרטית אינו ברור מאליו.</p> <p>אנו מאמינים כי מדינת ישראל מושתת על ערכים יהודיים וליברלים, לאומים ואוניברסלים, המאפשרת חופש מחשבה וביטוי מצד אחד אך שומרת גם על המשותף והמאחד,מדינה האומרת גם וגם בנשימה אחת, ועלינו לעמול ולדאוג שהן צביונה היהודי והן הדמוקרטי של המדינה ישמר.</p> <p></p> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">ו' החיבור – רות קלדרון</h3> <p>ו' החיבור המחזיקה את הביטוי מדינה יהודית ודמוקרטית אינה רק אות, היא עמוד רב עוצמה  בין שני מושגים שקל להעמיד אותם זה נגד זה במחלוקת, אבל ו' החיבור מאפשרת להפיק מהם מהות חדשה… לכאורה לפנינו מחלוקת קלאסית של או- או, או יהודית או דמוקרטית אולם המחלוקת הזאת אינה הכרחית. הו' המחברת את שני יקומי המשמעות האלה מייצרת קיום שלישי, חדש שבעייני הוא הוא החידוש הציוני, החידוש של גם וגם: גם יהודית וגם דמוקרטית..</p> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">מדוע לא מופיע המילה דמוקרטית במגילת העצמאות? – דב אלבוים ועזרא ברום</h3> <p>דוד בן גוריון  הוא שהוציא את המלה 'דמוקרטית' מן המגילה, שאושרה כך על ידי כל מנהלת העם.  הוא נקט בצעד חריג זה משתי סיבות עקרוניות, שנתבררו מאוחר יותר: הן מדברים שכתב ביומנו בספטמבר 1948:</p> <p> "ואשר לדימוקרטיה מערבית – אני בעד דימוקרטיה יהודית. 'המערבית' לא מספיקה. היות יהודי אין זה רק עובדה ביולוגית אלא גם – ביודעים [ו]שלא ביודעים  מוסרית, אתית. יש לנו תוכן יהודי מיוחד שצריך להיות נחלת העולם. ערך החיים וחירות האדם עמוקים אצלנו, לפי תורת הנביאים, מאשר בדימוקרטיה המערבית. שלטון כפייה בלי חופש בחירה ובלי חירות המצפון, המחשבה והדיבור אינו מתיישב עם סוציאליזם, אבל אין אנו מוכרחים מפני כך להזדהות עם ה'מערב'. הייתי רוצה שעתידנו יהיה בנוי על אתיקה נבואית: האדם נוצר 'בצלם אלוהים', 'ואהבת לרעך כמוך' – אלה מוליכים לחיי שוויון, לחירות, כמו בקיבוץ.  כלומר, אילו נוספה במגילת העצמאות המילה 'דמוקרטיה'  ל'מדינה יהודית' היה הדבר גורע מערך <h2 class="wp-block-heading">יסודות החירות, הצדק והשלום לאור חזונם של נביאי ישראל</h2> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">אלטנוילנד – הרצל</h3> <p> "ואני פונה אליכם ואומר לכם אתם חייבים לשמור על מה שעשה אותנו לאומה גדולה: חופש המחשבה והביטוי, הסובלנות ואהבת האדם . רק אז ציון תהיה באמת ציון"</p> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">סיכוי להציל את העולם – אבא הלל סילבר</h3> <p>ואם יש סיכוי להציל את העולם, שעדיין גדוש בשנאה ובברבריות, בניצול בדיכוי ובגזענות כל אותם דברים שהנביאים גינו והוכיחו זה יהיה רק בידי אנשים ונשים נאמנים לתורתם של הנביאים שמרימים את קולם ללא רתיעה נגד מי שמתעשר על חשבון אחרים ומנצל את העניים ושופך דם נקיים. הסיכוי של העולם להיות חופשי תלוי בגברים ובנשים שירימו את קולם כתלמידים נאמנים ואמיתיים של הנביאים.</p> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">על השוויון לערבים – השופט בדימוס אליקים רובינשטיין</h3> <p> "יש לזכור כי למשוואה שנקבעה בחוק יסוד: כבוד האדם וחירותו, יש שתי צלעות. מדינת ישראל היא מדינה יהודית ודמוקרטית. …היותה של המדינה יהודית – וכזאת תישאר, ואיש לא יקעקע זאת – אינה סותרת את אופייה הדמוקרטי ואת שאיפתה למתן שוויון זכויות – ההיפך הוא הנכון. לא בכדי בחרו מנסחי מגילת העצמאות לבסס את החירות, הצדק והשלום אשר יעמדו בבסיסה של המדינה, על חזונם של נביאי ישראל, שכן אלה תמיד היוו עמוד האש למאבק למען החלש והשונה, ולמען השוויון בין בני-אדם, ברוח קריאתו של מלאכי הנביא "הלוא אב אחד לכלנו, הלוא אל אחד בראנו" (מלאכי, ב', י')".</p> <p></p> <div class="wp-block-columns
