Things)，简单来说，指的是物联网在工业的应用。工业物联网将具有感知、监控能力的各类采集或控制传感或控制器以及泛在技术、移动通信、智能分析等技术不断融入到工业生产过程各个环节，从而大幅提高制造效率，改善产品质量，降低产品成本和资源消耗，最终实现将传统工业提升到智能化的新阶段。工业物联网本质上是扩展到云的机器对机器(M2M)的支持。</p> </div> <div class="article-content"> <p>　　我国工业领域行业众多，工业<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/news/tags37.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">物联网</a>在传统制造行业如航空、电器、石油、汽车、轮胎、重工、煤矿和钢铁等领域有很好的应用。工业物联网在其他行业也有广泛的应用，如智能家居行业用于智能照明控制、智能安防、智能遥控;交通运输行业用于实时监控、自动收费、智能停车、实时车辆跟踪、公交系统;医疗保健领域用于身份确认、无线医疗、一卡通就诊、药品供应链、医疗垃圾处理;食品安全行业用于食品追溯、RFID电子标签防伪查询;环境保护方向用于水文监控、污水处理监控、节能减排;智能建筑领域用于智能酒店、智能建筑安防、智能建筑一卡通等方面。</p><p>　　如今，工业物联网发展已进入快速成长期。近年来，随着相关政策密集出台并加速落地，我国基础设施建设不断推进，产业融合水平不断提升。</p><p>　　近日，工业和信息化部办公厅发布《2021年<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/internet/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">工业互联网</a>试点示范项目名单》(以下简称《名单》)，包括网络集成创新应用、平台集成创新应用、安全集成创新应用、园区集成创新应用四方面共123项示范项目。</p><p>　　党中央、国务院高度重视工业互联网发展，在顶层设计、产业培育、应用推广、生态构建等方面进行了系统谋划和工作推进。《国务院关于深化 “互联网+先进制造业”发展工业互联网的指导意见》明确了战略方向，工信部出台两个三年行动计划以及有关工业互联网标准、网络、平台、APP、安全、标识解析等一系列文件，构建了相对完善的配套政策体系。北京、上海、广东、江苏等省 (自治区、直辖市)发布工业互联网规划与实施方案。我国工业互联网发展形成了“统筹指引、差异定位、上下联动、多方协同”的发展格局。</p><p>　　工业互联网作为新基础设施的关键领域，是推动中国制造业向智能化、数字化转型升级、促进实体经济高质量发展的重要动力。在工业互联网细分产品领域中，<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/p/soft/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">工业软件</a>保持着较快的增长速度，主要受益于软件和大数据应用范围扩大，<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/make/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">智能制造</a>流程自动化进一步深入带来的信息化需求。而硬件设备产品占比仍居首位。</p><p>　　截至目前，我国工业互联网平台集中分布在环渤海、长三角、珠三角三大区域，数量较多的省市是北京、江苏、上海、浙江、广东、山东等，分别为15个、12个、9个、7个、6个、6个，约占平台总数的73%。这些地区的政府和企业积极性高、先进制造业集聚、制造业与互联网融合发展基础较好，大多以推动产业集聚区的行业整体上云为抓手，涌现出了一批各具特色的工业互联网平台。</p><p>　　工业互联网的蓬勃发展为我国转变发展方式、优化经济结构、转换增长动力提供了新动能。如今，我国5G+工业互联网发展势头良好，已进入产业深耕、赋能发展的新阶段，但仍面临诸多挑战。工业互联网具有很长的产业链，且工业互联网的产业链协同性很强，上游通过智能设备实现工业大数据的收集，在通过中游工业互联网平台进行数据处理，才能在下游企业中进行应用。任何一个环节缺失都会导致产业链的效用丧失。目前，企业多集中于上游的智能设备制造和中游工业互联网平台的边缘层与网络层，从上市公司的整体布局来看，工业互联网前景十分广阔。</p>
