السيستاني في كربلاء عبد المهدي الكربلائي، الجمعة، إصرار بعض الكتل السياسية على عدم تمرير قانون المحكمة الاتحادية، محذرا من تعطيل دورها. <br/>وقال عبد المهدي الكربلائي في خطبة صلاة الجمعة بكربلاء، إن إصرار بعض الأطراف السياسية على عدم تمرير قانون المحكمة الاتحادية إلا بعد تضمينه بندا ينص على أن تتخذ قراراتها بإجماع أعضائها الـ17جعله يواجه مشكلة جدية، محذرا من تعطيل دور المحكمة الاتحادية في حال تمت الموافقة على تضمين هذا الشرط. <br/>واعتبر الكربلائي أن المحاصصة تسببت بالأزمة السياسية في السنوات الماضية، وستعطل المحكمة الاتحادية أيضا، مشيرا إلى أن تقاسم مناصب الدولة على أساس المحاصصة اثر كثيرا على أداء المؤسسات الحكومية. <br/>وفي سياق آخر أكد الكربلائي على "ضرورة سن تشريعات رادعة لمواجهة انتشار المخدرات في العراق"، مؤكدا أن "تجار المخدرات يلجؤون إلى حيل شيطانية لترويج بضاعتهم القاتلة". <br/>وتابع الكربلائي أن "انتشار تعاطي المخدرات بين الشباب، أدى إلى ارتفاع عدد جرائم القتل والاغتصاب في الآونة الأخيرة في بعض مناطق البلاد".</p> </div> </div> <hr/>   <p class="nocomments">Comments are
