href="https://www.solarbe.com/topic/show-htm-itemid-578.html" target="_blank" style="color:#1780C4">可再生能源</a>实验室(NREL)认证，光电转换效率达到近33.9%，再次刷新了太阳能电池的世界纪录。更重要的是，这不是常用的单结太阳能电池(如硅太阳能电池)，而是一种将钙钛矿与硅太阳能电池有效结合在一起的双结叠层太阳能电池。</p><p>自1954年美国贝尔实验室发明第一块基于硅p-n结的太阳能电池(约6%的能量转换效率)以来，硅基太阳能电池已经经历了几十年的发展。目前硅基太阳能电池仍然是光伏行业的主力，效率已然可以达到27%以上，但却正在靠近约29%的理论效率极限。事实上，对于单结光伏器件，无论采用什么材料，在最佳带隙的情况下，能量转换效率最高都不能超过33.7%，即半导体中最常用也是最经典的效率极限——肖克利-奎伊瑟极限(Shockley–Queisser limit，简称S-Q极限)。</p><p>“在以往几十年，我们总在想通过双结这样的结构来突破单结(太阳能电池)的效率极限。但却一直没有人从实验的角度上来证明这件事情，”隆基绿能中央研究院的刘江(这项研究的共同第一作者兼通讯作者)说，在这项研究中，“我们通过钙钛矿与硅的叠层，首次从实验上证明双结太阳能电池可以超越单结的效率极限。”</p><p style="text-align:
