<p>大家好，欢迎来到小泽说，我是尹也泽。</p> <p>昨天晚上发生了一件大事，<a href="https://www.solarbe.com/topic/show-htm-itemid-2748.html" target="_blank" style="color:#1780C4">中环股份</a>在发布<a href="https://www.solarbe.com/topic/show-htm-itemid-2127.html" target="_blank" style="color:#1780C4">硅片</a>最新价格的时候，除了以往的<a href="https://www.solarbe.com/topic/show-htm-itemid-390937.html" target="_blank" style="color:#1780C4">210</a>、166、158，还出现两个新尺寸，一个是182，一个是<a href="https://www.solarbe.com/topic/show-htm-itemid-397605.html" target="_blank" style="color:#1780C4">218</a>.2</p> <p>根据中环的解释，182是对166的老旧产能进行升级改造的成果，这也是行业内许多182产线的由来，没什么稀奇的，不过218.2又是什么情况呢?</p> <p>针对这个问题，我们和硅片企业、电池组件企业、支架企业、设计院都做了交流，核心结论：218.2的推出不代表210就失败了，二者都属于12英寸系列先进产能，目标就是对落后、老旧产能进行替代，而不是用218替代210。接下来我会从生产、应用的各个环节进行分析。</p> <p>首先，硅棒硅片生产环节，210对应的硅棒直径295mm，218.2对应的硅棒直径306mm，都在12英寸左右，所以，二者都属于泛12英寸的大硅片技术，对中环来说，没什么难度，现在的生产设备完全可以支持。</p> <p>再往后，从硅片到电池，由于218.2的硅片面积比210还增大8%左右，所以制成电池以后，功率也更大，按照PERC技术22.8-23%的效率计算，单片功率在10.85-10.95W，功率较高，同时电池片的非硅成本也会摊薄，对相关企业显然是利好。在我们跟电池企业沟通的过程中，他们都表态，当时210产线都预留了升级空间，稍加调整就可以支持218的生产，良率相当，没有任何压力。</p> <p>从组件来看，功率方面，182的78片版型，主流功率在580-585W;218.2的55片版型，主流功率在595W-600W，后者要高15W左右，显然，218是占据一定优势的。虽然218尺寸55片版型组件的长度会比182增加35mm左右，但是，生产环节，玻璃、背板等辅材不看长度，只看宽度。由于218.2组件和182组件的宽度一致，他们不需要做任何调整，辅材可以直接用，供应链成本能得到有效控制。包括支架，我们也跟相关企业进行了交流，这35mm长度增加对支架设计没什么影响，依然是安全可靠的。<br width="640" height="478" /></p> <p>为什么是218.2，而不是一个整数呢?我们看这两张图，大电池采用5列设计，需要加一条跳线，就是第2列电池和第3列电池之间这一条宽线，会占据一定的面积，为了让5列排布的组件宽度刚好和182的6列组件相同，硅片、电池尺寸只能是218.2，不是直接计算182×6÷5的218.4，这么说，大家明白了吗?</p> <p>大电池切半片的话，通常会伴随着大电流。210半片组件的Isc(最大短路电流)是18.4-18.5A，218.2尺寸，半片组件的Isc差不多增加7%，也就是19.8A左右，刚刚好小于20A，也就是说，逆变器企业之前推出的支持210组件的产品，现在可以拿来直接用，不需要任何调整。</p> <p>综上，虽然中环218.2这个新尺寸发布的比较突然，超出了大家的预期，但是从产品设计的角度，仔细想想，他的供应链配套是不存在问题的，产品也符合行业整体的利益。我们非常期待看到218.2的电池、组件产品尽快推出，跟182做一些良性竞争，帮助行业降本增效，提高光伏发电的装机规模，让碳中和的目标早日实现。</p>
