The help tool is a useful feature. I also like how the Standard Reports feature makes reporting easy and effortless.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I wish the Top Level dashboard could display some things we need for work, such as the entity that requires approval. Also, entering and submitting timesheets is painless. Editing an added timesheet and re-submitting them afterwards is a quick process.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I wish Intacct can show my PTO balance. This saves me lot of time. I have used other tools and now I’m using this one and I don’t want to think about changing it. Also, there is great compatibility between Intacct and other platforms like ADP, Expensify and Salesforce.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I don’t like that I cannot change anything about invoices after the payment has been applied. I cannot really say how much I’m satisfied from report wizard tool. It allows us to create a report and to get detailed insight into the information. We don’t feel limited with its dimensional flexibility. I like that every area has its own set up configuration that is straightforward and understandable. I like the “help” feature that is on each field. With pre-built standard reports we can easily start with our work. Also, I like its support team, they are responsive and helpful.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The Top Level Dashboard doesn’t show the entity that has an approval. In my opinion, the entity should be more of a “dimension” instead like separate area. In addition, when it comes to report writing and customizing existing standard report then some of the wizard features are not available but when using the wizard then some standard features are not available. It made a mess within the organization, we mixed the departments, locations and business lines under one direction. We can use dimensions so we can reduce the size of our chart of accounts by tagging each transaction with important attributes and to create various reports by using locations, regions and cost centers. It has great dashboards for important operating metrics and report distribution that help in management process, we eliminated paper reports and they are very helpful for our management team to make decision in a timely manner. Reporting is versatile and customisable with a good amount of 'out the box' reports, and the dimensions allow in-depth reporting. The automation of bank reconciliation and download of transactions is time-saving.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The ability to view payment requests requires a business user licence which is expensive just for this additional feature. Our Chief executive only views things and approves things which in the main can be done as an employee user. We are able to attach invoices, reconciliations and docs so we can verify wires, account balances and other evidence requirements. We convert everything into PDF so it can be easy upload them.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> It is expensive tool for small businesses per-user license. The multi-entity consolidations are easy and multi-currency and multi-national companies can find the consolidations and reporting more improved and efficient. I like that in a year we receive 4 upgrades and each one is with new and powerful feature.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> In my opinion, this tool is not for every kind of industry. Back then we had a lot data and activities happening in our hands but we were not able to substantiate it and generate reports with that data. With Intacct, together with some customization, we were able to enhance the whole process. Sign up for implementation and you won't regret it. This is a very flexible system and it allows you to correct things in case you make a wrong decision.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The reports are really powerful but there is too much customization going around, which makes me think I need some learning to learn and master the platform's fullest potential, such as dashboards, graphics, performance cards.
