<p>宁波如意股份有限公司是国家级高新技术企业，主要生产系列叉车、系列电动堆高车、手动液压搬运车，系列拉紧器等机电产品的生产出口企业。现厂区占地115000平方米，生产厂房89000平方米，绿化面积约30000平方米，总资产达3.37亿元。2007年产值达6.7亿元，销售6.5亿元，自营出口6300万美元，其中出口美国的产品占总出口量的70%以上。“西林”牌产品享誉135个国家和地区。创业22年来，向社会各界捐款近6000万元。</p> <p>宁波如意股份有限公司系中德合资企业，前身为宁海县塑料九厂，建于1985年2月；1987年11月更名为宁海县机械设备配件厂；1989年5月与香港宁兴开发有限公司合资成立宁波如意机械有限公司；1996年10月改制为股份制企业，更名为宁波如意股份有限公司。2004年11月，与德国永恒力（Jungheinrich）控股有限公司合资成立中德合资宁波如意股份有限公司，德方占25%的股份。</p> <p>经机械部机动工业车辆协会统计，自89年开始搬运车、拉紧器出口量居全国同行前茅。连续多年被评为全国机电产品出口先进企业；浙江省工商企业信用AAA级‘守合同重合同’单位。“浙江省绿色企业”；国家级高新技术企业。“西林”商标被认定为“中国驰名商标”、“浙江省著名商标”；“西林”牌液压搬运车被认定“中国名牌产品“、”国家免检产品“、“浙江省名牌产品”；</p> <p>公司董事长储吉旺95年被评为全国100名优秀退伍军人，受到江泽民、李鹏等党和国家领导人接见；99年被评为全国乡镇优秀企业家；2005年度被民政部授予“中华慈善奖”称号；2005—2007年曾二次随同胡锦涛主席出访；五次随同温家宝总理参加中欧工商高峰会议；。他著有《我与外商打交道》等8本著作。</p> <p>公司现有职工1285人，专业工程技术人员280人，其中中高级职称57人。目前技术部门已全部采用CAXA图文档管理软件。</p> <p>公司于91年11月通过了世界机电产品安全检测中心——德国TUV的安全检测，获得了“G.S”认证。95年9月通过德国TUV“CE”认证，在国内搬运车生产、出口企业中首家使用国际认定的“GS”“CE”标志，95年12月通过了ISO9000国际标准的评审，获得ISO9002质量体系的认证。2002年10月公司又通过ISO9001:2000、ISO14001：1996环境、GB/T28001：2001职业健康安全认证。产品质量达到当前国际同类产品先进水平。</p><div
